This includes ID verification and the submission of a selfie, designed to foster a secure environment. Be advised that flagged IDs or indications of credit card fraud may result in the cancellation of the reservation, with a full refund promptly issued. Our screening process, facilitated by Enso Connect/Autohost AI, ensures both efficiency and accuracy in maintaining safety protocols.

A temporary hold of $2 will be placed on provided credit cards for verification purposes, further enhancing our commitment to security.

Guests residing within a 50-mile radius must adhere to a minimum booking requirement of two nights, as per building policy.

To maintain the optimal condition of our heating and cooling units, please refrain from setting the thermostat lower than 67 degrees Fahrenheit when on cool or higher than 75 degrees Fahrenheit when on heat. Deviating from these settings may result in damage to the units, potentially leaving you without AC or heat until emergency maintenance can address the issue.

All Curtwood properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted anywhere, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $1000.

Please note, that while we provide access to the building's pool for our guests, it is occasionally closed for maintenance or seasonal issues at the building's discretion. We cannot be held responsible if the pool is closed during your trip. We recommend that you inform us to confirm that it is open.

Pets are allowed depending on size. Unauthorized pets will result in reservation cancellation. The following fee schedule applies:

1-4 Nights : $25 per pet, per day
5-29 Nights :$200 per pet
30+ Nights : $300 per pet

This fee must be paid before you will be given access to the unit. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If discovered afterward, this fee doubles.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are $25 per hour. (YOU MUST REQUEST THIS AND PAY UPFRONT.) If you checkout past 10AM without notification, we will charge $50 an hour. Due to our cleaning schedule, it is not possible to fully accommodate every request.
