Welcome to our beautiful, luxury and recently renovated Greene Blue house located in a peaceful, safe and family-friendly neighborhood yet with easy access to highway and only a few mins from nearby shops, fast foods & restaurants. My husband did a full gut renovation with his own hands. Whether you are visiting family, attending weddings or here for work, we are excited to welcome and accomodate your group. Get comfortable, relax and sit back at our Green Blue house.

Fully "gut" renovated and reframed, it was transformed to a modern, luxury, open design concept but within a warm and comfortable home. Furnished with stylish modern decor features quartz countertops in the kitchen and second living room. Each of the 4 bedrooms has queen-size beds for cozy and relaxing sleep with plenty of closet space. Check out the designed accent walls in bedrooms and around the walls. Additional 2 couches offer alternative sleeping options. Watch your favorite shows on Roku HDTV in every bedroom room and living room. Complimentary washer & dryer in unit for your convenience. The entire house was very clean. The only thing that all the guest thought was a little disappointing was the cleanness of the couches. Each couch had several dark stains. The host was great at communication during the stay. Leading up to the stay was not very attentive to my messages. At check in there was someone still working on the property. He stayed an hour and forty five minutes after the agreed upon check in. This was disappointing. None of the bathrooms had towels in them, we needed to reach out to the host and look for towels on the house. Overall, a great one night stay. But I will most likely not stay again. Lovely home

Met family and friends here for a couple nights. Inside of house is very nice and the bedrooms have comfortable beds. Lots of modern updates. Living room sofa could use a cleaning and the fireplaces didn’t work (when I messaged the host, he suggested they might need new batteries, but we didn’t have any to try.) Would’ve been cozy to sit by the fire in the chilly evenings, but we still enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our needs. Plenty of parking for our 4 vehicles.

Perfect space, perfect location

The house is as beautiful as the pictures. Everything was as described. The host made the check-in process very easy and kept us well informed. The cooking utensils were somewhat limited but did not impact the stay. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting the MSP metro area.

Winter Family Vacation

We had 8 adults during our stay and the house was great. Four couples each had a room and there was two bathrooms to share. We found this house while looking for a place close to Afton Alps and it was about a 15-20 min drive to the ski resort. We drove to the Mall of America one afternoon and it was about 20 mins as well. Worked great for our family and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was quick and easy!

Clean and very nicely done

There were 8 of us staying here and everyone was impressed by how cute and clean everything was. The beds and pillows were all comfortable and the bedrooms were all a good size. The decorating looked like it was done by a designer and the kitchen was beautiful. The basement didn't seem like a basement at all and was very cozy and comfortable. We would all stay here again if given a chance.

Quiet Neighborhood, close to essential needs

We had an enjoyable stay. Our family was in town for our wedding. It was nice to have a place to stay where we could relax together in between events. We liked the nice, quiet neighborhood and that it was close to 2 grocery stores and a Walgreens. We were able to pick up food to make and anything else we forgot. We had one little hiccup trying to get in the house the first time, but we called the number and someone answered right away and remotely unlocked the door on the spot.
