The Neighborhood:
Elk Creek Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. The community area has a pavilion and many large blue roofed covered boat slips directly adjacent to the community boat ramp.
This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stayâfrom 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.
Inn At The Loch sits on Lake Anna in a quieter, scenic cove setting thatâs ideal for swimming, paddling, and relaxing with fewer big waves. Itâs a peaceful lake community feel with nature views and easy access to on-the-water fun.
Getting Around:
Elk Creek Landing is the newest and most premier neighborhood at Lake Anna, while it's generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction.
Easy self check-in and driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Most guests bring groceries and plan lake days at the house, with local essentials and dining a short drive away.

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
- Dog-friendly (dogs only, up to 2)
- TVs support popular streaming apps (guests log in with their own accounts)
**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
- $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
- $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
Interaction with Guests:
We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
