Shaded Cove is a brand new lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. Enjoy a large serene waterfront lot with a quiet cove, warm freshwater, and private dock and boat house with a covered 10 foot by 25â foot boat slip and lounge, offering both shade and sunshine! Take in the gorgeous lake views while relaxing in our hot tub, beside an outdoor fire pit, or on the large furnished deck with outdoor dining options.
The Space:
Experience comfort and luxury at our brand new and spacious lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. This beautiful home is located on a partially shaded lot in a cove with part of the boat house covered and part open to the sun. You can swim, explore with 2 kayaks, lay out on the dock's open deck area, or simply relax on the covered lounge area, enjoying the serene view of the beautiful lake! Roast some delicious s'mores outside using our outdoor fire pit, or have a BBQ using our grill on the deck. Enjoy the blue water views from atop of our massive deck. We have an open floor plan and offer 3 living areas including the main great room with a gas fireplace, a lower level game room with ping pong table, and games, and an open upper level loft area with a Smart TV and family appropriate games. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Use the High Speed Internet and free Wi-Fi network to stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone! The home easily sleeps 16 with 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Each of the 4 King bedrooms have their own TV. The main floor has an open floor plan with a great room and adjacent large kitchen, pantry, primary suite (King bed), second bedroom (King bed), and laundry room. The lower level has the game room, and bunk room suite (4 Twin over Twin Bunk beds). The upper level has a spacious loft area with TV, and 2 additional bedrooms including Jack (King bed) & Jill (King bed) style bedrooms with a shared full bath in between them.
Guest Access:
You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)!
The Neighborhood:
Elk Creek Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. The community area has a pavilion and many large blue roofed covered boat slips directly adjacent to the private boat ramp.
This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stayâfrom 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.
Getting Around:
Elk Creek Landing is the newest and most premier neighborhood at Lake Anna, while it's generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction. We have ample free parking at our home for groups.

Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a spacious gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, pantry, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our plentiful outdoor spaces, large deck, porch, and grill. We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, corn hole, fire pit, many smart TV's, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including: Washer & Dryer.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for up to 7 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.
**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
- $30 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
- $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
Interaction with Guests:
We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
