Located on a 250-acre private estate, Butterfly Cottage will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Enjoy quality time together in the private garden, get cosy around the wood-burning stove and spend your days discovering the stunning walking routes nearby. Should you wish to venture further afield, spend leisurely days exploring Exmoor National Park, Minehead Beach and the medieval town of Dunster.
The space
This delightful cottage has been carefully renovated to ensure its original features are retained throughout. Calming colour tones paired with hints of rustic chic make for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The large, open-plan kitchen/dining room is fully-equipped with everything you'll need to self-cater with ease, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Meanwhile, the six-seater dining table provides the perfect place to socialise and plan your next adventure.

Venture down a small set of steps to the utility/boot room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, it's also ideal for shoes and muddy paws after a scenic stroll.

Venture further into the property and you will be greeted by a bright and spacious living room. Here you will find a cosy wood-burning stove, two sofas and a single armchair. After a day in the countryside, snuggle up fireside with your favourite film on the Smart TV and a refreshing G&T in hand. Should you wish to escape for some peace and quiet, the cosy snug is ideal.

There are three beautifully decorated bedrooms upstairs, including a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with zip and link beds. Meanwhile, the hallway bathroom is complete with a roll-top bath.

Outside you will have access to a private and enclosed garden with a spacious patio and lawn. As the sun starts to set, fire up the BBQ and gather around the six-seater dining table for an alfresco meal with a beautiful countryside backdrop.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
