You can also unwind in the sauna whilst enveloped by the sea breeze, or enjoy a barbecue made with local ingredients.

・Accommodation｜A seamless sense of comfort
The accommodation is a compact 48m² studio.
It is designed so that you can step straight out of the living room onto the dog run.

You can watch your dog play from close by, whilst your family relaxes comfortably in the same space.
The charm lies in the sense of unity and comfort that only such a compact space can provide.


・Dog Run｜Running around on the grass with your dog
We have a dedicated dog run on the premises.
It isn’t particularly large, but it is a safe space where you can take your dog off the lead and let them run to their heart’s content.

After playtime, there are foot washing stations, shampoo and conditioner, and hairdryers available, so you can keep your dog clean.
It is a heart-warming time for owners too, watching their dogs full of life.


・Location | A seaside promenade where you can feel the sea breeze
Just a one-minute walk from the accommodation lies the tranquil Nanmuya Beach.
Take a stroll along the sandy shore whilst feeling the sea breeze, or play at the water’s edge.
Spending time gazing at the sea, which changes its appearance from morning to evening, is a priceless experience to share with your dog.


・Private Sauna | The luxury of rejuvenation in a small barrel
We have installed a barrel sauna from ONE SAUNA.
We have fitted a Hanko electric stove by Helo.
You can enjoy an authentic sauna experience whenever you like during your stay.

Compact yet effective for a good sweat, followed by a dip in the cold plunge pool.
You can then relax in a rocking chair, feeling the sea breeze as you gently unwind.


・BBQ Facilities | A Special Dining Experience on Your Holiday
The terrace is equipped with a Weber gas barbecue.
Grill fresh seafood and vegetables bought at the local market, and bring the unique aroma of the South Boso coast to your table.
Even an everyday meal becomes an irreplaceable moment when surrounded by the atmosphere and scenery of your holiday destination.

Exit at ‘Tomura IC’ on the Tateyama Expressway; approximately 10 minutes from the IC to the facility.
Via the Metropolitan Expressway → Wangan Line → Aqua Line to ‘Kisarazu-Kaneda IC’ (approx. 40 mins), then to ‘Tateyama Expressway / Tomura IC’ (approx. 35 mins); approximately 10 minutes from the IC to the facility.

From Tokyo Station, take the JR Keiyo Line or Sobu Rapid Line to Soga Station (approx. 40 mins); from Soga Station, take the JR Uchibo Line to Nagofunagata Station (approx. 90 mins); from Nagofunagata Station, take a taxi (approx. 5 mins)

[Staying with Your Dog]

To ensure a worry-free stay with your dog, we only accept bookings if all of the following conditions are met.
Please check these conditions before making a reservation.

【 Conditions for bringing your dog 】
・Your dog must have received both the rabies vaccination and a combination vaccine (3 types or more)
　*We may ask you to present proof of vaccination

・Your dog must be house-trained
・Your dog must not bark excessively or cause significant damage
・Up to 3 dogs may be brought (small to large breeds welcome)

Please note that we cannot accept bookings if the above conditions are not met.

Please note that by completing your booking, you are deemed to have ‘agreed to and confirmed’ all of the above conditions.

【Nature and Insects】

As the property is situated amidst rich natural surroundings, some insects may enter the premises from spring through to summer.
Whilst we take every possible precaution, it is difficult to completely prevent insects from entering.
Therefore, if you are unable to accept our approach to managing the property in harmony with nature, we kindly ask that you refrain from making a booking.

Please note that the presence of insects varies with the seasons; if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.


【Regarding Fireworks】

Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
COCO VILLA accepts no liability whatsoever for any incidents resulting from the use of fireworks.
Furthermore, should any damage occur to COCO VILLA as a result of fireworks, we will charge you for the costs incurred.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises.
Should smoking cause damage to COCO VILLA, we will charge you for the costs incurred.

【Damage to or Loss of Property, or Unforeseen Cleaning】

Should any of the facility’s furnishings or equipment be damaged or soiled during your stay, whether intentionally or through negligence, you will be required to cover the costs of repair or replacement.
Should special cleaning exceeding normal standards be required due to food or drink spills, vomiting, blood, bodily fluids, or soiling, you will be required to pay an additional fee.
Please be advised of this in advance.


【Noise Restrictions】

Although our facility is situated in a natural environment, there are residents living in the surrounding area.

Noise Restriction Hours｜21:00–08:00 the following day

During these hours, outdoor conversation, music, loudspeakers, musical instruments, fireworks and rowdy behaviour are prohibited.
Please refrain from leaving windows or doors open, or chatting on the terrace, at the BBQ area or around a bonfire, as the sound carries a long way.

【Warnings and Action】
If a complaint is received from neighbours and the police or management company are called out, you may be asked to vacate the premises (no refund will be given).
In the event of malicious behaviour or repeated failure to heed warnings, we may charge additional fees (for cleaning, management call-outs, damage repair costs, etc.) as a breach of contract.
