The space
Modern, but not stuffy. The home retains the original character of the large wood beams and living room ceiling, doors and unique half-round door trim. The modern kitchen makes efficient use of space and the coffee bar adds a welcoming and luxurious touch. 3rd bedroom features a sleeper couch and a modern workspace - perfect for working remotely while enjoying your stay. Full bath features tub/shower. Laundry is accessible to guests for your convenience. Front screen porch and large backyard with patio add enjoyable outdoor spaces. Off street parking for two cars.
Guest access
Entire property is accessible to guests with the exception of the garage. A unique access code will be generated for guests to access the home via the smart lock on the front door inside the screen porch.
Other things to note
Our property features living spaces on the first floor, and bedrooms and bathroom upstairs on the second floor. There is off street parking for 2 cars comfortably in the driveway, with additional parking on the street if necessary. Street parking should be avoided if possible. The large corner lot offers a great amount of outdoor space for kids or a dog. It is not fenced but is mostly surrounded by hedges and trees. This home does not have central AC, but during the warm season we install window units in the living room and two main bedrooms upstairs.
