To maintain the optimal condition of our heating and cooling units, please refrain from setting the thermostat lower than 67 degrees Fahrenheit when on cool or higher than 75 degrees Fahrenheit when on heat. Deviating from these settings may result in damage to the units, potentially leaving you without AC or heat until emergency maintenance can address the issue.
If your desired dates are booked or if you're traveling with a large group, fret not! We have multiple units available in the same building. Just ask us, and we'll be delighted to accommodate you and ensure your stay is perfect. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities. Guest Verification & Check-In
âą Mandatory Screening: All guests must complete a screening process before check-in, which includes:

âą A selfie
âą Signed rental agreement
âą Check-In Form: Required by building management. The form will be sent after booking confirmation and must be completed prior to arrival.
Pet Policy
âą Pets allowed (cats/dogs only) with prior approval.
âą Maximum of 2 pets per unit.
âą $12 per pet, per day â must be added to the reservation before arrival.
âą Undeclared pets will result in:
âą $500 unauthorized pet fee per pet
âą $1,000 if more than 2 pets or restricted breeds are discovered.
Restricted Breeds: Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs/Mastiffs, and Bulldogs are not allowed due to building policy.
Check-In & Check-Out
âą Check-in: Standard time (provided after booking)
âą Check-out: 10:00 AM
âą Early check-in / Late check-out: $25 per hour (must be pre-approved and prepaid)
âą Unauthorized late check-out: $50 per hour

To avoid HVAC damage:
