My place is in the center of downtown Milwaukee. We are 300 feet from the Fiserv Forum, UWM Panther Arena and Deer District and 2 Blocks from the convention center. We are half a block from the vibrant Old World 3rd Street restaurant and entertainment district.
This 2500 sq foot flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 full bathrooms and is in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. One block from the Riverwalk and 10 plus restaurants. Wedding / Bridal / Groom groups allowed but no parties. 12pm check out is available for an additional $75 to adjust the cleaners schedule for that day. A rare 3 bedroom 2 bathroom space that large groups can rent in the heart of downtown milwaukee.
4 queen beds and 2 pull out couches and 2 queen blow up mattresses available. There is no kitchen but we do have a wet bar with fridge, microwave and Kuerig Coffee maker. It has the penthouse feel without the penthouse price. Completely remodeled in August of 2016, the space is clean, fresh, and welcoming You are given touch code access the afternoon of your stay. The entire floor is yours with your own locked door to your own hallway. There are stairs leading up to the second floor.
I am 20 minutes away or often downtown and close by if needed Old world 3rd street is THE entertainment district in Milwaukee, along with the Fiserv and panther arena next door and convention center 3 blocks away you cant find a better location in downtown milwaukee for your large group
There is bus and easy uber access There isnt a kitchen (there is a microwave, fridge, toaster, sink) and we do not have our own parking but there are affordable options nearby. The parking structure on 6th and State St is the best overnight option.
Large groups are allowed if accepted through a detailed message. It is a case by case scenario. Just send us a message with your plans. We do not allow parties or late night noise as there are other residents in the building. Any sign of smoking is a minimum $300 Fee There is a minimum 2 night stay during the week Monday through Thursday
