VILLA FINKA - MILNA

Villa Finka is recently renovated villa located in the centre of Milna on the island of Brac. The villa is within walking distance of the sea, shops, restaurants, and other amenities, making it ideal for a holiday with family or friends. Milna offers a variety of historical sites and castles including Blaca, Škrip and Dragon Cave, which can easily be reached by car. You can also explore Brac and the other islands such as Hvar, Vis and Šolta by boat or take the ferry across to Dubrovnik or Split on the mainland.

Villa Finka (155 sqm2) develops over three levels.

On the ground floor you will find a large living room with a sitting area (with sofa/sofa bed), a kitchen area (with breakfast bar seating two) and a dining area (with table seating up to eight). You will also find a guest bathroom (with toilet).

On the first floor you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a bathroom (with bath). Please note that an additional folding bed (for a child up to 18) can be added to the twin bedroom on request.

On the second floor (in the attic), you will find a triple bedroom (with one double bed and one single bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the marina.

Outside, the villa is set in over 600 sqm2 of private land with a beautifully maintained garden and private swimming pool (25 sqm2; max depth 1.6 m; open April - November). The outside living area includes a garden terrace (with comfortable outdoor furniture), a covered dining area (with table seating 6-8), a covered terrace (with tables and chairs) a playground for children (which includes a table tennis table, trampoline, a playhouse, and a small slide) and an outdoor shower.
