The 2 rm Mae's Cottage is on The Estate at Plantation Ridge, 2.5 wooded 2.5 Acre- 6,500 sq ft Built in 1962, sprawling, rustic, mid-century modern estate. The perfect place to call your escape away from hustle & bustle of real world. Tucked into woods, but conveniently off Rt.113 highway & 30 min from ALL beaches. ALL Located on private Lake, sit by fire pit, Verandas or hardscaped waters-edge enjoying a glass of wine or cup of coffee- whatever it is that makes you feel relaxed is here for you!
The space
This 1 bedroom (2 room, full bathroom) studio cottage has been completely renovated as of 2020. Perfect for a single person or couple. Room 1: Full large kitchen with granite countertops, plenty of cabinets, a very large luxurious tile shower off to the side kitchen, and bathroom toilet area split off all to itself on other side. Room 2: Bedroom area is also studio with sitting chair & ottoman with sliding door waterfront view. The cottage is set off to the right side of the property in a slightly wooded area and overlooks the lake with the best view on the property. There is a concrete patio off the back of the sliding glass doors of cottage with Adirondack chairs to relax, sip coffee and enjoy the view of the lake.
Guest access
-Pull into driveway, you will see the main house & park to the right of the main house up to your separate cottage building
- The cottage is to the far right of the property.
- You can park as close up to the cottage into the woods as you like.
- You will see the small cottage in the woods to itself. There are purple Chairs near the cottage.
- Standing facing cottage, To the left of the front door of the cottage, the key is under the white lantern on the bench.
-The property is 2.5 acres.
-Occasionally, a few times a year- We are also a Venue & there may be an outdoor event going on for 6 hours maximum at some point on weekends.
-We will let you know ahead of check-in.
-We will help you with parking should an event arise.
-In addition to this cottage, There is a main house with 3 vrbo rooms -Common areas are shared by ALL including outdoor areas.
-Occasionally you will see myself, Brad maintaining the property & our children.
-No gatherings or parties unless previously authorized.

**Property will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents while on the property or whole using/ accessing any waterfront or pool devices or areas.

**The estate property borders Plantation Lakes brand new public Golf course (finishing construction) public Golf club, which is currently building their golf course right up to my property.

- The Plantation Lakes Golf Course has a public club house
(The Landing) has great food & outdoor seating & can be reached by walking, car or the golf cart on the property.
