The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a large countertop seating six, a connected dining room, an inviting family room with a large Smart TV and sound system. There are primary bedrooms on the first & second floor which include king size beds, Smart TVs with sound bars, walk-in closets and full “En Suite” bathrooms. Two additional guest bedrooms on the second floor share the third full bathroom. The loft area has its own Smart TV with sound bar and a sofa bed. Verizon cable and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets; Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.
