Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the storm in Asheville and we are happy to see this area bouncing back so quickly! We are grateful to share that this home was unaffected, is easily accessible from the airport, and remains a cozy safe haven for your upcoming stay. The roads are operating as normal and we've taken extra precautions to ensure everything is in great condition. Tucked back among the trees with a view of Lake Lyday, this charming tiny home is your key to a picture-perfect retreat in Mills River! This darling tiny home is an easy, 8 mile drive from the Asheville Regional Airport, 11 miles from Brevard, and 12 miles from the many charms of downtown Hendersonville. Just 14 miles away, visit Dupont State Forest with its beautiful waterfalls, and some of the best hiking and mountain biking or sightsee in Pisgah National Forest, home to Looking Glass Falls, Triple Falls, and Sliding Rock.

Inside the cozy cottage, discover a compact, but full kitchen offering everything you need to prepare full home-cooked meals or quick snacks. Kick back on the sofa in the cozy living area and stream all your favorite channels, or fold up the Murphy bed, fold down the built-in desk to read your favorite book or set up your laptop to go online. Outside on the newly built deck, relax with your morning coffee or fire up your Blackstone Grill to enjoy your meals beneath the tree canopy. At night gather at the firepit to roast s'mores, share stories, and watch the stars come out.

- The five-and-half-acre lake (stocked for fishing) is a non-motorized lake.
- WiFi with 5G
- NO BUSES, LARGE TRUCKS, TRAILERS, or RV's allowed at property or driven on road to home.
- The home has now been equipped with its own dedicated router and high-speed internet connection.
- Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
- All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
- All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
