Welcome to this most beautiful space we have created. Much like our other properties, Comfort was first and foremost. We have designed a 1,400 square foot space that features one floor living featuring two beautiful bedrooms with high quality King Beds & Comfortable Mattresses/ linens, Living room space where you can Sit and enjoy good conversation or take in an afternoon ball game on our 60 inch tv outfitted with Cable tv & Roku availability, along with a Full Kitchen with all of the cooking and entertaining essentials awaiting you.
There is a full front porch with 4 rocking chairs as well as a back yard patio space with wicker furniture and gas fireplace that we welcome you to enjoy as well.

A washer and dryer are also located in unit and are available for use at no additional charge to you.

This property is situated just outside the historic district area and is within walking distance to the downtown which makes it a very desirable place to land on event weekends.

Parking is available to you ON PROPERTY and also on the street, should you choose to park on the street versus in our designated attached parking area.

This property is situated just outside of Historic Downtown Millersburg. You will be within walking distance of the downtown and within 2 miles of Harvest Ridge Event Center. There are multiple restaurants and retail options in the downtown, You will be 10 Minutes from Mt. Hope Event center. 10 Minutes to downtown Berlin and 30 Minutes from Coshocton Ohio. Multiple wineries within 10-20 minute drive.

** This unit is a non smoking unit and this includes vaping of any kind. ** By confirming your booking with us you are agreeing to our terms of stay and house rules. Only those on the reservation are to have access to the property, all others must be confirmed through owners. Should you book for the incorrect number of people and then show up on check in day with more, you will be charged x3 the additional guest fee OR be asked to find other accommodations with no refund to you.
Please load the dishwasher with dirty dishes prior to check out and start it. Please do not wash bedding /linens. Our cleaner will strip beds.
