The Space:
Our building was built at the turn of the 20th century. The 2nd floor walk-up apartment features a full renovation in 2022/2023. We removed the 120-year plaster cast to expose the original brick walls giving the space a NY loft feel with the brick representing the history of a time gone by. The apt. boasts 12' walls and 7.5' windows. You'll have a great view of the downtown center of Millersburg. Additionally, youâll find upward of 50 modern amenities including a full kitchen, large shower, soaking tub, 2 cozy bedrooms with queen beds, and a large living space that includes a 65â television, electric fireplace, beautiful drapery and comfortable seating for lounging. Iâve added my own special touches through art, dĂ©cor and seasonal dĂ©cor setting us apart. One feature guests love is our Greenery wall located just inside the back door. Itâs a great place to take pictures, and capture memories. Outside, youâll find a FREE parking spot for 1 car and a covered deck to relax when weather permits.
