Welcome to our cozy apartment in Ohio's Amish country, just outside Millersburg. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchenette, charming dining area, tastefully decorated bedroom, and pristine bathroom. Centrally located near local attractions, hiking, and biking trails. Perfect for couples and solo travelers.

Experience comfort and convenience in our 600 sq ft apartment, brimming with amenities. Sink into our locally made, pillow-top queen bed and wake up refreshed for a day of exploring. Our fully stocked kitchenette boasts a full-size refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans, and both a drip coffee maker and french press for your morning brew. The bathroom offers towels, washcloths, and makeup towels, as well as a stackable washer and dryer with detergent provided. Relax in the living room with a 42-inch Roku TV and fast wifi, typically around 200mbps. Book now for a cozy and convenient stay!

There is one parking space for you to the left side of our garage door.
We ask that you do not block the garage door.
Access to the apartment is via a code and electronic keypad. You will receive the code in your welcome email.

This is a lower-level apartment, located in the basement of our home.
You may hear footsteps and sounds of our family living above, typically until 8 pm.
Please note that outdoor steps lead down to the apartment, as shown in the photos.
The 32-inch wide shower may not be suitable for plus-sized guests.
We have recently upgraded the mattress to a new, locally Amish-made pillow top for your comfort.

Our overall imprssion was really good. The bedroom was beautiful and the kitchen adequate. We understood from the site that there were to be snacks available but no! We wouls suggest a cd and dvd player would be great, and perhaps a few books to read. All together though the stay was good. Thank you!

We liked the apartment but would highly suggest a few changes. 1. Doors on the fridge needs reversed.2. Need to stress more on the small shower. 3. Needs a new couch or two recliners. Reason, the town shuts down a 7:00 p.m. Going back and having to sit on the current couch was horrible. Plus it is old and shags in certain spots.4. Electric needs upgraded, lights would flash off and on, sometimes flicker. 5. Fan in bedroom and bathroom need cleaned.6. Could not get the fan in the bedroom to go below 72. Made for a hot night uncomfortable sleep.7. Very dangerous parking area.
Could raise arms to wash your head without hitting elbows on walls and knocking bottle on the floor
Horrible for prolonged seating. Low back and very uncomfortable.

It was small we couldn't sit on the couches they flumsy the place had so many spider's and this other big bug with pincer's. It was so sort of smell I think it was some kind of air freshner it gave me a headache. The shower was made for children to small. They had children jumping upstair's that was a bit much. I was not happy with the experience I won't use this place again but I plan on coming back but will be using a different place to stay.

The apartment was just as described. It was in a perfect location for our stay in Holmes County Ohio and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We would definitely stay again.

Nice, but....

We stayed here in April, for two nights while on a business trip. Location is good, neighborhood is very quiet, easy to find and get to. Check-in was simple.Apartment itself is okay. Pictures are not current, as the living room had an L-shaped sofa, very low to the floor and hard to get up from. All furniture seems to be low, (incl. toilet seat).The kitchen is VERY small, hardly any counter space and no other furniture/shelf/table to place any personal things on. (bread, food items etc.)The only stocked item was coffee..... no creamer, no sugar. No teas either. Hardly 'fully stocked' The fridge did have bottled water available, though.The small microwave was on top of the fridge and hard to get to. The dinette set was small, but adequate for two people. The bedroom, again small but adequate, bed was comfortable.The only windows where one in the kitchen area and one in the living room. No other ventilation was available. The bedroom was very stuffy at night, although the host did provide a room fan which I placed in the door opening and had the window in the living room open. Bathroom was large, and had the washer/dryer unit and a small shower. Towels where provided.Overall, the place was okay. It was clean, quiet and safe. This would not be my first choice but in a pinch it was adequate.A bit overpriced for the quality/amenities.

Winter retreat

I needed a quiet, peaceful updated place and this was perfect! Close to shops and restaurants but not in the busyness of it all. I also stayed at their cabin at same location and it was also fabulous!
