LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Bring your family and friends and enjoy 417 shoreline miles of Lake Sinclair and its amenities including its well-known fishing and recreation. This quaint refreshed home features local access to the north side of Lake Sinclair. Located 1.5 miles from Kroger in a low-traffic, friendly neighborhood suitable for your active morning routine. You’ll encounter the likes of local active passerby’s.

4 mins to Sinclair marina and 2 mins to Anchors Marina. 3 min drive to The Country Club of Sinclair. 6 mins to downtown Milledgeville, GCSU and Georgia Military College. The Ritz Carlton is also only 1/2 hour North. Secondary to our home being in the most desired area of the lake, you won’t waste your vacation time traveling from this most ideal location, as it is close to everything (less than 1 mile to Kroger and our upcoming Publix).

Kitchen: fully equipped with cooking basics, pots and pans, dish ware & flatware, grilling utensils, Keurig and drip coffee maker, microwave, crock pot, and toaster. Island bar seating available.

Living space: Enjoy the serene water views along with a full tilt mount TV with a Fire Stick for your favorite movies/series . Board games, cards, jenga, and puzzles available.

Bedrooms: Accommodates/sleeps 8.
Master suite: 1 King bed with private newly renovated bathroom and walk-in closet. On main level.
2nd bedroom: also located on the main level with Full size bed.
Take a spiral staircase to the cozy loft that includes 1 Full bed and 1 Queen bed.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Outdoors: Pontoon boat on site for rent (Inquire about pricing). Grill, 3 kayaks with paddles, corn hole, outdoor wicker seating on porch, outdoor dining table with umbrella to seat 4, fire pit area with Adirondack chairs and great water views, composite dock decking with jet ski-hydrolift and boat lift if you wish to bring or rent a jet ski and/or boat during your stay. Bring your poles for fishing as it is a plentiful cove. Cushioned seating with umbrella at dock. Variety of floats with air pump including inflatable trampoline and floating layout platform. Two different style pull behind tubes and a tow rope provided, as well. 2 infant and 5 M-XXL life jackets supplied. Please remember to bring additional life jackets in specific sizes if needed. Beach towels also provided to save room in your suitcases.

We offer a starter supply of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent. Iron and hair dryer available. No toiletries provided .

Love the Lake

Lovely location on the lake, owners were very good communicators. Great view of the lake from living room and master. We used the kayaks which nice, easy to get in and out of the water. We spent most of our time in town but it was nice to have a quite place to come back to relax. Thanks for having us.

Perfect lake house!

Can't say enough great things about Lakeshore Retreat! We spent a great long weekend there and only wish we could've stayed longer! The house is conveniently located to Millie and close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's location on the lake couldn't be any better - quiet and low lake traffic. The real star of this property is the outdoor area. The porch is perfect for morning coffee looking at the lake. The fire pit is great after a long day on the dock. And the dock is amazing - we spent all day out there fishing, kayaking, and swimming! John was a great host, answers questions quickly. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great weekend!

We loved our stay at John’s place on Lake Sinclair! Location is beautiful and very convenient to town. Boat rental fell through because of the weather and might have worked out if the boat was on the property as listed. But we still enjoyed our weekend and John was very responsive for our questions. Would definitely stay again!

Best Lake Sinclair Rental

I can’t say enough about our weekend at this amazing beautiful lake house. The house is perfect in every way. It’s description, photos and lake views are even better in person. And the Pontoon rental that’s available w the house that was delivered and ready for us on arrival was the icing on the cake! No need to look for any other home if you want a weekend on lake w ease and serenity. And best east location to house and shopping that u will find! I will definitely be renting again!

Annual Lake Trip

Wonderful rental with all the essentials to make the trip perfect. They provide all that is needed to enjoy the dock and cove. A definite bonus is having a pontoon on sight that you can rent. You won't be disappointed in renting this spot!!

Awesome lake house!

What a fantastic lake house! Exactly as described and pictured...well, actually even better! The minute we walked through the front door we were greeted by the most beautiful view of the lake! Just spectacular, and we knew immediately that we were in for a treat. House is spacious, the kitchen is probably the best one we've encountered in the VRBO world - - tons of counter space, well-equipped and open to the living and dining areas. Living space was comfy, dining table seated 6 comfortably PLUS there was additional seating at the kitchen island. Bonus points for cute bar area! Our only suggestion (and it's minor) would be to add a lamp or two to the living room area. Would love to be able to read a book at night once the sun goes down. Both bathrooms are nicely updated. Access to the huge deck from the master bedroom was fantastic. And the outdoor area!!! Everything you could possibly want/need to enjoy the lake is provided. John was a pleasure to work with. I reached out a couple times with questions and he responded immediately! From start to finish, this was A GREAT stay, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend; you won't be disappointed!
