Deer 81 is a two-storey chalet with a large living area, featuring grand windows overlooking the forest, a cathedral ceiling and a wood-burning fireplace. On the main floor, there is also a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a dining area. The master bedroom on this floor has a king bed and an adjoining bathroom and the guest bedroom has a queen bed.

On the lower level, there are three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a bunk bed (single) and a single bed, another bedroom with a bunk bed (double bed on bottom and single bed on top) and the third bedroom has a double bed. In the spacious living area on this floor, there is a pool table and a sofa bed (bedding included).

In the backyard of Deer 81, you will find a hot tub, a firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, and a picnic table. On the large balcony, there is patio furniture and a BBQ available all year around.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

There is a tennis court, two pickleball courts, a basketball court, a children`s playground, an outdoor swimming pool (available during the summer months) and an indoor pool (available all year) for guests to relax in. Watercraft such as kayaks, canoes and paddle boards are available on site for guest use on Fiddler Lake during the summer months. During the winter months, guests can enjoy access to an outdoor ice rink, snowshoes for hiking and toboggan rentals.

A convenience store is available at the Recreation Centre.
