THE SPACE

Fully renovated in October 2022, the apartment is completely furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay in Milan. The style is minimalist, with soft tones that enhance the cozy and intimate feel of the space.



Located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, it is ideal for those who appreciate convenience and comfort while traveling.



The living room with open kitchen is the heart of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, washer/dryer, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, sink, blender, and all the necessary utensils to cook independently. The area also features a TV with streaming services and air conditioning.



The dining table with drawers is perfect both for meals and as a workspace or study area. The space also includes a 160x200 sofa bed, suitable for hosting an additional guest. The fireplace is decorative only (not functional), but it creates a charming corner for candles—please remember to extinguish them before leaving or going to sleep.



The bedroom features a 160x200 double bed with built-in storage drawers containing extra linens, as well as a single-door wardrobe with a mirror that enhances the brightness of the room. Air conditioning ensures maximum comfort in the sleeping area.



The bathroom, designed in a modern minimalist style, includes a spacious shower, toilet, and bidet shower.



Pisacane-home is ideal for a couple but can also accommodate a third guest or a second couple for short stays, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room.



Guests will have access to the entire apartment and a private outdoor area just outside the entrance, perfect for relaxing, reading a book, enjoying a coffee, or chatting with neighbors.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The building is equipped with an elevator.

At check-in, guests are required to provide valid ID details for all occupants, as mandated by local authorities, and to sign a short-term rental agreement.

Early check-in or late check-out is not available due to scheduled cleaning times.

There is no concierge or porter service in the building, and luggage storage after check-out is not available.

The apartment is located in the Porta Venezia district, one of Milan’s most vibrant and sought-after areas. This neighborhood combines elegance and energy, offering a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops, and green spaces ideal for relaxing walks.



From here, it is easy to reach major landmarks such as the Duomo, Castello Sforzesco, Teatro alla Scala, the Pinacoteca di Brera, and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, making it a perfect base for both tourists and curious locals.



GETTING AROUND

The apartment is well connected to Milan’s main public transportation network.



Tram: The closest stops are Via Bixio and Piazza Otto Novembre, about a 2-minute walk away, served by lines 5 and 19.



Bus: Several lines run nearby, including 60, 61, 84, 85, 92, N25, N26, and NM1, with the nearest stop (Via Bixio) just a 1-minute walk away.



Metro: The nearest M1 (red line) station is Porta Venezia, about a 5-minute walk, while the M3 (yellow line) at Repubblica is حوالي 10 minutes away.
