The apartment is designed to offer space, privacy, and tranquility. Upon arrival at the apartment, you will be greeted with the first emotion of your trip with the incredible view from above of the San Siro Stadium in Milan. As you enter, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with: dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and kettle. As a welcome gift, there are Nespresso capsules, tea bags, and sugar.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the splendid and spacious living area, equipped with everything you need to relax: a comfortable queen-size sofa bed (16cm mattress), an ottoman, a lamp for evening readings, and a 43” 4k smart TV with Netflix. Finally, you can enjoy a wonderful view of Milan's skyscrapers from the large window that provides perfect lighting.

In the hallway, which connects the living area and the bedrooms, on the right, you will find a mirrored wardrobe with: iron, ironing board, broom, and dustpan available to guests; on the left, there is a guest bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Continuing always on the left, you will find the main bathroom, modern and custom-made; it consists of: a comfortable bathtub with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, washing machine, and Welcome-kit with shampoo and shower gel. Both bathrooms have windows. A peculiarity of the apartment is the study, a room completely dedicated to smart working or even just the peace of a pleasant reading.

In the final part of the apartment, there are 2 separate bedrooms: the main one, on the right, elegant and spacious, is equipped with a large and bright window that can guarantee total darkness thanks to the blackout curtain. There is also a wardrobe at your disposal and a king-size bed with a comfortable and thick mattress for assured rest. The second bedroom, on the other hand, has a bunk bed and wardrobe available, perfect for 1 or 2 guests.

The house has fully centralized heating while air conditioning is guaranteed by the presence of 3 adjustable splits. There is 1 GB fiber optic Wi-Fi, particularly efficient for managing multiple connected devices and for smart working.
