The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential building in the heart of Porta Romana. The building has a lift, but since it's an ancient it does not reach the top floor, in fact, to reach the house it is necessary to take a flight of stairs, nothing demanding.

The apartment is a beautiful space, full of light, thanks to the many windows present and being on the top floor.

The space consists of a living area, with a round table for 4 people, a sofa bed for 2, a bedroom with a double bed and large wardrobes.

The bathroom is modern and equipped with a large shower.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything: pots, pans, cups, plates, cutlery, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

In addition you can use both dishwasher and washing machine.

WiFi and air conditioning complete the house.

We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
