The fully equipped open kitchen is ready to bring your culinary creations to life, offering everything you need to prepare delicious homemade meals.

A practical anteroom houses a washing machine for guests' use, ensuring maximum convenience during their stay. The bright, windowed bathroom has a modern shower for refreshing moments of well-being.

The bedroom, spacious and bright, is a true corner of peace. Featuring a striking blue wall, it is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. A large window illuminates the room during the day, but can easily be darkened for undisturbed rest. In addition, a work desk provides the ideal space for those who need to engage in professional or creative activities.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, the flat has free WiFi and air conditioning, ensuring comfort and connectivity at all times.

We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
