Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows: * after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro.
City tax payment will be required.
The apartment is located not far from Viale Monza (M1 red line Precotto stop, about 350 meters away) and is an 18-minute walk from the Milano Greco-Pirelli stop on the suburban and regional train lines, which offers trains to Monza and Lecco.
Bicocca University can be reached on foot via the Greco Pirelli underpass or by car in about 10 minutes.
The Bicocca neighborhood is also renowned for the Teatro degli Arcimboldi, the UCI-Cinema multiplex, and the Bicocca Village complex, perfect for entertaining evenings!
The Naviglio della Martesana canal is also just a 10-minute walk away, perfect for strolling, playing sports, or relaxing.
All major amenities, such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, are within easy reach.
