Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th
Please note: completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.
- For check-ins after the scheduled times, the following supplements are required:
* after 9.30 pm and until 11 pm a supplement of 25 euros is required.

It is in a quiet area surrounded by green spaces, including Piazza Leonardo da Vinci, known especially by the thousands of students who attend the Polytechnic University and live in the CittĂ Studi area.
The square also offers the opportunity to visit the CittĂ Studi Botanical Garden: admission is free, and guided tours are available by reservation.
The apartment is also surrounded by numerous bars, supermarkets, and pharmacies, and an incredible variety of Italian and ethnic restaurants are also nearby.
