Fulvio Vasconi in a former industrial area close to the Bocconi University, the Prada Foundation and the Olympic Village is the two-room apartment with a large terrace and Glam Flat garage. Very bright, perfect for a family of 4 or a group of friends, it has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with relaxation area and dining area. Well served by all shops, supermarkets and restaurants, with 9 tram stops you are at Duomo.
THE SPACE
Glam Flat is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat is on the 3rd floor in an elegant and quiet building, and is ideal as a comfortable base for those seeking a relaxing stay away from the crowds of tourists, central and well served. The entrance to the house is regulated by a self check-in device which gives guests great freedom of access.
Newly furnished with love and care, the three-room apartment has all the comforts of home, in the typical style of ex-industrial renovations designed by architects who are experts in environmental sustainability and energy saving. The house is air-conditioned and there is an ideal temperature in all seasons with cooling and underfloor heating.
As soon as you enter, there is a welcoming entrance hall leading to a living room with spaces arranged to have a relaxation area with television and sofa and a kitchen area with access to the large balcony.
The sleeping area has two rooms with light furnishings designed especially for travellers: the double room with a window overlooking the interior and the twin room with access to the terrace. The bathroom is in the sleeping area, complete with washer-dryer.
The terrace is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and allows open-air dining in great relaxation or working remotely on the large table.
The kitchen has all appliances: espresso machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator with freezer, iron. You can eat comfortably in the kitchen. The double bedroom is cosy and quiet, furnished in an elegant and essential way with luggage rack for your trolley.
From Glam Flat you can get around by public transport throughout Milan, the location allows ample freedom to reach the centre with tram 24 or the Central Station with 6 stops on tram 24 and 6 stops on the yellow line metro from Crocetta.
The spaces in Glam Flat have been optimised for a pleasant stay without giving up anything, free high-speed Wi-Fi and a private garage complete the offer.
Case Ospitali welcomes guests with a welcome kit with coffee, tea and sugar, soaps and detergents for the first day in the house.
