THE SPACE

Glam Flat is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.

The flat is on the 3rd floor in an elegant and quiet building, and is ideal as a comfortable base for those seeking a relaxing stay away from the crowds of tourists, central and well served. The entrance to the house is regulated by a self check-in device which gives guests great freedom of access.

Newly furnished with love and care, the three-room apartment has all the comforts of home, in the typical style of ex-industrial renovations designed by architects who are experts in environmental sustainability and energy saving. The house is air-conditioned and there is an ideal temperature in all seasons with cooling and underfloor heating.

As soon as you enter, there is a welcoming entrance hall leading to a living room with spaces arranged to have a relaxation area with television and sofa and a kitchen area with access to the large balcony.

The sleeping area has two rooms with light furnishings designed especially for travellers: the double room with a window overlooking the interior and the twin room with access to the terrace. The bathroom is in the sleeping area, complete with washer-dryer.

The terrace is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and allows open-air dining in great relaxation or working remotely on the large table.

The kitchen has all appliances: espresso machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator with freezer, iron. You can eat comfortably in the kitchen. The double bedroom is cosy and quiet, furnished in an elegant and essential way with luggage rack for your trolley.

From Glam Flat you can get around by public transport throughout Milan, the location allows ample freedom to reach the centre with tram 24 or the Central Station with 6 stops on tram 24 and 6 stops on the yellow line metro from Crocetta.

The spaces in Glam Flat have been optimised for a pleasant stay without giving up anything, free high-speed Wi-Fi and a private garage complete the offer.

Case Ospitali welcomes guests with a welcome kit with coffee, tea and sugar, soaps and detergents for the first day in the house.

Guests have access to the entire three-room apartment, which is located on the 3rd floor with a lift.

Two days before arrival instructions will be sent

Before check-in it is compulsory to communicate the data of the documents of each guest related to the reservation, which are transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region.

The personal data of our guests are processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.

For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to the host.

Glam Falt is located in the south-eastern part of the city, not far from the Porta Romana district and the Corso Lodi area.

The area surrounding Via Rutilia is mainly residential, characterised by apartment buildings, small shops, bars and restaurants. It is a fairly quiet and residential area, especially suitable for those seeking a convenient residence with good connections to the city centre.

The proximity to Corso Lodi offers access to various commercial facilities and services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies and other essential shops. In addition, the location is convenient enough to reach the centre of Milan, either by public or private transport.

If you are considering staying in this area, you may appreciate the tranquillity of the neighbourhood, while remaining close enough to the centre of Milan to enjoy all its attractions and amenities. GETTING AROUND THE AREA

- To go to Milan Linate Airport, take tram 24 to Via Larga, then walk to San Babila, and from there it is a 12-minute ride on the metro blue line to Linate Airport.

- To go to the centre, take tram 24.

- To go to Stazione Centrale take tram 24 to Crocetta and from there take the yellow metro line to Stazione Centrale.
