A 5 minute walk away are the stops to reach any place in the city (tram/bus/metro Cadorna and Conciliazione/Malpensa Express).

Are you ready to discover Milan in a safe and spacious home, located in one of the most beautiful and elegant streets in the center?
On the penultimate floor of an ancient building, surrounded by the foliage of the external trees, a stone's throw from the splendid Sempione park, you will almost not feel like you are really in the city.
You will be very close to Leonardo Da Vinci's Last Supper, the Sforzesco castle and the Cadorna station (the most connected to reach every area of ​​Milan, including the Central Station).
In addition to the subway, the area is also well supplied with various surface transport (trams/buses) which reach practically all directions. Inside the house you will find all the information on public transport in Milan.
You will be a 15-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo and the Teatro alla Scala and a 5-minute walk from the Malpensa Express station.

This is one of the most prestigious streets in Milan, with beautiful shops, pastry shops, bars and restaurants for all tastes.
It is one of the safest residential areas in the city, so even late in the evening you can return without worries.

COMPOSITION OF THE HOUSE
The house is very bright, renovated in 2024, with high ceilings. It has two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room, for a total of maximum 6 occupants (+ possibly 1 cot, in case of large families). The living room is large and welcoming, with a dining table for 6 people, a large sofa bed and a brand new Smart TV (connected to Netflix/Prime/Disney/etc…).
The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathroom also has a washing machine and in the rooms you will have spacious wardrobes, in short it will be your perfect home away from home!
There is a lovely little balcony where you can relax among the treetops (the house is on the 4th floor).
The building, like all the buildings in the area, has a concierge open from Monday to Friday. The concierge is a very nice and kind person, you can also contact her (as well as me obviously) in case of need.
The building has an elevator.
