Family Vacation

Overall, very spacious and clean. While communicating with the property manager, we explained that we did not have the address. She insisted it was within the email and was becoming a little irritated with us. We needed to forward her the email to show that we did not have the address. At that point she provided it to us. I did reach out to Donatale as well, who was very gracious and quick to respond. We arrived to a beautiful, spacious, clean home. Perfect for our large group!! The back bathrooms hot water was not effective and we ended up using only the front two bathrooms. We would recommend this location... overall experience was good.

No Air Conditioning in 2 bedroom

One of the bedrooms has no air conditioning at all and in one of the other bedrooms it was not working. I reported it and no one responded until after we checked-out. I also noticed, after we checked-out, that someone reported this same problem over a month ago and it has not been fixed.

Beautiful apartment

We enjoyed a quick weekend in Milan with my family of 5. Place is gorgeous. Highly recommend however the listing does not really show that there is no ac in one bedroom ( now has 2 beds) really was a living room it’s off family room space. Was hot in the middle of July.
