Location
This charming independent villa with 5 bedrooms (8 beds) is ideally located in the quiet urbanisation of Dona Pilar, halfway between the town of Fuengirola and the beaches and the beautiful town of Mijas Pueblo. Both are easily accessible by bus or car in 10 minutes. Bus stops are a couple of minutes' walk from the end of the street. Amenities, restaurants and shops are located nearby. The Lew Hoad tennis centre is a short walk away. Malaga airport is just 15-20 minutes by car.

The property comprises two independent apartments, each with its own facilities, including living space, kitchen, en-suite bathrooms (5) and several televisions (with integrated firesticks to access streaming services) as well as internet connection.
Ground floor apartment 1
The ground floor apartment houses 1 double bedroom and a room with 2 single beds.
The living room can easily accommodate 10 people. The ground floor lounge is two levels high, which allows for flexible seating arrangements.
Kitchen facilities include ample cupboard space complemented by an American-style fridge/freezer, gas cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, utensils, etc.
All bedrooms and living areas have air conditioning. All rooms have a private bathroom.
Pool Level Apartment 2
This space opens when the booking is for more than 4 people.
The pool level apartment has 1 double bedroom and 2 individual bedrooms of 2x2. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom.
The spacious living room has a television with sofa and chairs.
There is a small kitchen area with facilities similar to apartment 1, with a kitchen bar facing the pool and a dining area with stools.
The total interior area of the property is 250 square metres.
External
Panoramic views from the rear extending from the Mijas mountains to the sea.
The terraces provide an ideal viewpoint to enjoy a coffee at dawn or a glass of wine in the afternoon while the sun sets. There is plenty of outdoor space and the property benefits from not being surrounded, which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy outdoor facilities, including an 8x4m pool, sun loungers, dining facilities, barbecue, contemporary furniture on the upper terrace (with parasol) and games. A FULL-SIZE FOLDING PING PONG TABLE WITH EQUIPMENT IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE!
A good laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Pleasant garden edges and rockeries surround the property, and we even have our own grapefruit and papaya tree! The pool and gardens are regularly maintained.
Parking
The property has an integrated garage with space for one vehicle and a tiled parking space for another car. There is more than enough street parking.
Style
The property preserves the traditional charm of a Spanish white village with a contemporary interior design that provides a bright and airy feel. All en-suite bathrooms and toilets have been recently updated to the highest standard. The property has tiled floors throughout the house.
An alarm system provides additional security.
