Welcome to this lovely apartment located just a walk away from La Cala de Mijas and the fine beach, the area is blooming and is close to nature with cozy little houses and quiet streets. The apartment is located in the area of Las Adelfas which is very quiet and familiar area with a lot of greenery and small streets but at the same time beachfront and just a walk away from the city and all that La Cala de Mijas has to offer. Around the knot is a family-owned restaurant, Ole! which is genuinely Spanish restaurant and very popular. There is also a Mercadona and bus stops nearby to easily reach Marbella and Fuengirola. There is free parking on the street outside. When you step into the apartment you have the nice living room to the left, with a large smart-TV and 200 international channels, lovely divan sofa, dining table with 4 chairs and a cozy balcony with afternoon sun and a view of the pool, The kitchen is well equipped with Spis , Oven, coffee maker, kettle, micro and much more. Both bedrooms have double beds and there is one bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine and dryer in the separate washroom to the right when you enter. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in each room, WIFI and smart TV with netflix and international channels as well as much more. The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
