Welcome to this lovely apartment located in the popular urbanization Alamar, which is just a short walk from the village of La Cala de Mijas and the kilometer-long beach. The urbanization has a year-round open pool and its own paddle court; there is also free parking and security 24/7.
The Space:
Location: La Cala de Mijas is a charming seaside town located between Fuengirola and Marbella, offering a perfect blend of coastal beauty, excellent restaurants, and a beautiful Blue Flag beach known for its high standards and great facilities. Ideally situated, it provides easy access to Marbellaâs luxury lifestyle and Fuengirolaâs vibrant city atmosphere, making it a perfect base for an unforgettable holiday on the Costa del Sol.
The Apartment: As you enter the apartment, the fully equipped kitchen is located to the right and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Further inside, the open-plan living area offers a welcoming space to relax, featuring a dining area for 4â6 guests, a comfortable sofa, and a TV with access to Netflix, HBO, and more. The living room opens onto a spacious, south-facing terrace with an outdoor dining area and a lounge corner, perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings with family and friends.
The apartment has two stylish bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and direct access to the terrace, while the second bedroom offers two single beds and also opens onto the terrace.
Amenities: For your comfort, the apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and private parking.
To help you settle in, we provide a small courtesy starter set with essentials such as shampoo and basic cleaning products. This is a welcome pack for your arrival, and guests are welcome to purchase any additional items they may need during their stay.
Key pickup is available at MĂĄlaga Airport at our service desk, providing a convenient option for guests arriving by air. Alternatively, you may collect your keys from our office in Fuengirola Center.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a quiet and well-maintained residential area of La Cala de Mijas, ideal for guests looking to relax while still being close to everything.
Within a short drive or pleasant walk, youâll find the beach, the seafront promenade, local shops, supermarkets, cafĂ©s, and a wide selection of restaurants offering both international and traditional Spanish cuisine. La Calaâs weekly street market and town centre are also easily accessible.
The area is perfect for families and couples, with nearby parks, walking paths, and easy access to golf courses. Thanks to its central location on the Costa del Sol, itâs an excellent base for exploring nearby towns such as Fuengirola and Marbella.
Despite being close to all amenities, the neighborhood remains peaceful and residential, making it a great place to unwind after a day at the beach or sightseeing.
Getting Around:
Getting around La Cala de Mijas is easy and convenient. While a car is recommended for exploring the surrounding areas and the Costa del Sol, many local amenities can be reached on foot or within a short drive.
The town centre, beach, restaurants, and supermarkets are just a few minutes away by car, and there are also local bus services connecting La Cala de Mijas with nearby towns such as Fuengirola and Marbella.
For guests arriving by plane, MĂĄlaga Airport is approximately a 25â30 minute drive away, making arrivals and departures simple and stress-free. Communal parking is available at the property, providing added convenience for those traveling by car.
