This one-bedroom, beach front apartment, situated in the town of Calahonda, between Malaga and Marbella, offers everything you need for a relaxing seaside get away in Southern Spain.



The apartment is 60m2 and comprises of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen - living room and an outdoors terrace.



The kitchen is equipped with all the standard appliances that you may require including an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, children ‘s highchair etc.



The kitchen leads into the cosy living-room, where you will find a comfortable corner sofa and large widescreen television. The sofa can be converted into an extra bed to accommodate two extra guests if required (140 x 200 cm)



The living room leads to a private 20m2 terrace with a dining table for 4 guests to sit, drink and dine with the magnificent backdrop of the Mediterranean Sea.



The bedroom contains a double bed and offers a good amount of storage, with built-in wardrobe and large chest of drawers. From the bedroom you have access to a modern ensuite bathroom with shower.



The apartment also has access to the large community swimming pool with children’s pool, surrounded by picturesque gardens from which you can also enjoy the fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea while soaking up the sun or enjoying a swim.



If you enjoy a beach walk, the apartment has direct access to the costal boardwalk from which you can enjoy a stroll along the coast to the town of La Cala de Mijas, where you will find plenty of lovely Spanish restaurants and tapas bars.



Alternatively, if you prefer something a little closer to home the closest restaurant is just a stone’s throw away from the property and there are several more restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance.

Malaga Costa-del-Sol airport can be reached by car in just under 30 minutes.
