This fantastic two bedroom apartment in Colinas De Calahonda is an ideal vacation spot all year round. The apartment has an outdoor and indoor heated pool, exclusive for guests. Fully equipped kitchen, double room with ensuite bathroom and a further twin room with another bathroom. Free wifi and air conditioning throughout.
The apartment has 3 balconies for you to enjoy, with the main balcony having great views
There is off road parking available for guests in the nearby car park (subject to availability).
Colinas de Calahonda is near to the La Siesta Golf a 9 hole, par 3 golf course with an excellent restaurant. Opposite is the Club del Sol tennis club that offers tennis, paddle and squash courts and a large gym, sauna and Jacuzzi. Dos Leones restaurant is also adjacent to the complex. The property is located a short drive from the toll road motorway, a 10 minute walk from Žthe strip', with many bars and restaurants, a 20 minute walk from the beach, beach bars, Centro Commerical Calahonda and various supermarkets, shops, banks café bars and restaurants.
There is a bus stop outside the accommodation, car hire is not essential but recommended due to the property being up a hill
Perfect quiet location for families and friends to make memories, with the added benefit of an indoor pool in the winter months.
