Villa Mariposa is located at the end of a quiet, well lit cul de sac. Just a 7 minute stroll to the sea where you will find the well known Max Beach overlooking Riviera Playa.

The Villa is ideally situated to explore further afield. Marbella is just a 15 minute drive away with Puerto Banus just 5 minutes further down. Fuengirola is only 12 minutes up the coast road towards Malaga and the airport is just an extra 14 minutes away.

Riviera del Sol caters for the everyday necessities with-in a five-minute walk. Along the palm tree-lined Avenida del Golf you will find two supermarkets (Mas and Supercor), a pharmacy, beauty salons, many restaurants, several bars, three cash machines and car rental.

YOUR ARRIVAL
Turning the corner onto Calle Jupiter will immediately reveal the impressive villa situated at the end of the street. If you have a car or van there is secure on premise parking.

The villa has been recently refurbished and offers five large bedrooms. The decor throughout is clean and modern, while retaining a relaxed, comfortable feel.

GROUND FLOOR (Entrance level)
The villa is south-facing, enjoying the sun all day, with views across the Mediterranean. The villa is entered via the pool terrace, which reveals an outside kitchen, bar and dining area.

There are plenty of sun loungers to laze by the pool and soak up the Sol. Or relax in the shaded veranda on comfy seats or lie in the hammock and enjoy a sundowner.

Walking into the villa, the hall and kitchen beyond is in front of you with the open spaced lounge and dining room to your right.

The inside dining area can accommodate up to 12, with the extension table added, while the outside dining table will accommodate 10 people.

The 65” LG TV is WIFI compatible with AirPlay functionality built-in to stream music and movies through the home cinema system.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-height fridge and freezer, fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, sink and dishwasher. The worktop space offers adequate room to prepare a meal for all guests. The high table can also be used to prepare food and makes a perfect spot for smaller groups to congregate.

Open the back door and you will find the 10.5kg load washing machine.

The large terraced areas offer an 8m x 4m white tiled pool with ten sun loungers, comfy seating in the shade and of course the large outside dining terrace protected from the sun with a vented gazebo offering views over the med. Everything you need to enjoy a fabulous memorable stay.

Back inside, to the left is the staircase leading you to three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. One of which is an extremely spacious family room.

TOP FLOOR
The first room you come to is the master bedroom suite with a super king-size bed from where you can lay and enjoy sea views. Or maybe step out onto the balcony with a cup of freshly brewed coffee and watch the boats sail by. The en suite offers two sinks with a bath/shower, bidet and toilet.

The two guest bedrooms situated at the rear are roomy and have plenty of wardrobe space. They both share a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

GARDEN FLOOR
All bedrooms in the villa can be configured either as a super king or large twin, but the large family garden bedroom offers a super king-sized bed and a twin to make a great family room, with access to private terrace and path to the pool. Both bedrooms share a shower room.

THE GARDEN
The garden features banana palms, agave, shrubs and the ‘hammock tree’ is situated in the lower corner. The perfect place to read a book or sip a cold beer, or both!

The outside kitchen and al fresco area offers a four-burner BBQ, sit-up bar, sink and dining for all guests. But if you don’t fancy cooking, you can call in a take-away or visit a variety of restaurants. Choose from Argentinian, Chinese, Cuban, Indian, Italian, Spanish, Thai and many more.

BEDROOMS
Each guest is supplied with a grey pool towel, white bath sheet and hand towel. There is a hairdryer in each bedroom.
