Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We`re thrilled to host you at this beautiful suite in the heart of Downtown Midlothian. Below you`ll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
âą Standard check-in: 3:00 PM â 10:30 PM.
We are not able to accommodate same day check ins after 10 PM.
âą Early check-in (before 3:00 PM): Available for a $30 fee, subject to availability â please contact us in advance to arrange
âą Late check-in (after 10:30 PM): Incurs a $30 fee â please notify us ahead of arrival. Please notify us if checking in after 1030 PM at least 8 hours in advance. We want to make sure you are able to access building and suite.
âą Check-out: 11:00 AM. Please be out by this time so we can prepare for incoming guests.
PARKING
âą You may park anywhere you`d like. There are two entrances to the buildingâone off Main Street and one off W Ave F near the hair salon. Most guests find the W Ave F entrance to be the most convenient since it`s closest to the parking lot.
BUILDING ACCESS
âą You will receive your door code prior to arrival via message. Please do not share this code with anyone.
âą The building entrances are located on the sides of the building, not the front. After 9:00 PM, the exterior doors lock, and youâll need to enter the last 4 digits of your phone number to access the building.
WIFI
âą WiFi network and password will be sent to you before check-in via your booking platform message.
APPLIANCES
âą The suite is equipped with Coffee Maker and Cooler.
âą Please treat all appliances with care.
âą Do not leave food out â this helps us maintain a clean, pest-free environment.
TRASH & RECYCLING
âą Please place trash in the designated bins. Ask your host for the location of the nearest trash and recycling areas.
âą Dispose of all food and waste before checkout.
NOISE & NEIGHBORS
âą Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighboring guests and residents.
âą No loud music, parties, gatherings, or disruptive behavior at any time.
âą Violations of quiet hour policies may result in additional charges or removal from the property.
SMOKING
âą This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind (including vaping and e-cigarettes) is prohibited inside the suite and in all common areas.
âą A minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation.
PARTIES & EVENTS
âą Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. The suite is for the registered guests only.
âą Unauthorized guests are not permitted to stay overnight.
PETS
âą Pets are not permitted in this suite unless pre-approved in writing by the host. Unauthorized pets will result in $500 additional fee.
DAMAGE & REPORTING
âą Please report any damage or maintenance issues immediately â we understand accidents happen and will work with you.
âą Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
