Guest Access
There is a fence separating this home from the main home so there is no shared yard. The home is equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry. Guests have full access to the guesthouse, shed, and private yard. Guests do not have access to the garage.

Other Details to Note
– There is a $200.00 security deposit to cover any damages. The deposit will be automatically collected and will be returned back to you 48 hours after checkout if there are no damages.
– There is a $100.00 non-refundable Pet Fee for up to two pets. This will be charged separately.
– Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
– Propane is provided. Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
– During freezing temperatures the washer may be unavailable to guests due to the possibility of the lines being frozen. This DOES NOT affect the water access inside the home.
– Since this is a century old home. There is a pipe connected to the bathtub/shower that makes the shower water have an orange/rust color the first few seconds of running then the water is clear. This issue is only found in the bathtub/shower faucet. No other faucets.
– This studio home is 360 sqft.
