The Interior
Inside you'll have a the Queen bed (Casper Mattress), with two large windows and a window above the bed for natural light. The home features blackout blinds and curtains for restful sleep, a ductless AC/heat system for year-round comfort, and a compact washer and dryer for extended stays. Stream your favorite shows with free HBO Max, or enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire pit under the Texas stars.

The Exterior
Located in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood, the backyard is totally private for your enjoyment. Use the propane or wood fire pit to enjoy a night outside under bistro lights. There is an outdoor dining table for meals outside or enjoy the other outdoor seating by the fire pits. There are two grills, a propane and a charcoal grill for you to use.

Guest Access
There is a fence separating this home from the main home so there is no shared yard. The home is equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry. Guests have full access to the guesthouse, shed, and private yard. Guests do not have access to the garage.

Other Details to Note
We want your stay to feel easy and predictable, so here are a few helpful notes before you book:
– There is a $200.00 security deposit to cover any damages. The deposit will be automatically collected and will be returned back to you 48 hours after checkout if there are no damages.
– There is a $100.00 non-refundable Pet Fee for each pet. If you are staying one month the charge will be $200 per pet. This will be charged separately.
– Toiletries and other consumables are provided as a starter kit and may need to be replenished for longer stays or heavier use.
– Propane is provided. Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
– Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
– Please review our pet fees in our “House Rules” section prior to booking.
– The home and yard are not shared. They are solely for your group.
– During freezing temperatures the washer may be unavailable to guests due to the possibility of the lines being frozen. This DOES NOT affect the water access inside the home.
– Since this is a century old home. There is a pipe connected to the bathtub/shower that makes the shower water have an orange/rust color the first few seconds of running then the water is clear. This issue is only found in the bathtub/shower faucet. No other faucets.
