The first two rooms that were given to us, were both dirty and missing sheets on the bed. The third room was fine, until I saw a dirty wash rag hidden in the curtain, while I was showering. Then the smoke alarm battery decided to die in our room and 2 more down the hall, at 11:30pm Christmas Eve⊠no one would answer the phone after 3 tries. So I went downstairs to complain. They wanted to switch us to another room at 11:30p at night!! I said no way, and had the lobby clerk come take the battery out. It was a ridiculous mess..
As we checked in the receptionist was so nice and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet with a welcoming bed and comfortable pillows. We had a delicious breakfast the next morning. While turning in the key the receptionist helped write directions to the freeway.
Clean rooms, common areas not as much, looks like no one swept the halls or elevator the entire stay, same dirt same location, but I am a where on staffing issues as long as rooms were clean and they were. Be nice to have body wash bottle.
