Welcome to your beautiful, cozy, newly renovated home in the heart of Middletown, NJ — less than 1 mile from Ideal Beach and just a 5-minute drive to Sandy Hook and Keansburg Amusement Park. NYC is about an hour away by bus, train, or ferry, all accessible within 5 minutes of the home, making this the perfect home base for beach days and city adventures alike.
Enjoy high-speed WiFi and Smart TVs in nearly every room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable outdoor patio for relaxing after a day out.

Short-Term Stays (under 3 nights): We provide fresh towels, linens, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Long-Term Stays (3+ nights): We supply towels, linens, and soap at check-in. Guests are responsible for restocking household items like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee, and tea.

House Rules
We ask all guests to help us keep this a clean, peaceful home:
Registered guests only, no unregistered visitors, and no parties, gatherings, or events. Ring cameras monitor the front and back exterior. No pets, and no smoking, vaping, or drugs anywhere on the property (a $300–$2,000 sanitation fee applies if violated). Please avoid eating or drinking on the couch, and wash and put away all dishes before check-out.
Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $150 if the schedule allows; our cleaning crew arrives promptly at 11:00 AM. After the beach, please rinse off sand in the backyard before heading inside, and leave air vents open so the HVAC system runs properly.
Please don't remove or tamper with secured items (fees apply for damage), and note that all forgotten items are the guest's responsibility. Only use items designated for guest use in shared spaces. Damages beyond the security deposit will be billed separately, and lost keys incur a $150 lock replacement fee.
Before you go, please remove all garbage and recycling (bins are on the right side of the house); black bin pickup is Monday and Thursday. A fire pit is available and guests are welcome to bring their own firewood.

Your home is professionally cleaned with fresh towels and linens provided at arrival. Additional linens are available on request for an extra charge. If the home is left excessively dirty (unwashed dishes, trash left inside, stains), additional cleaning fees will apply.

We were in town for hockey. This place was spacious, clean and 5 minutes from the rink. The owner is extremely responsive to any communication. It was exactly what we needed to keep the guys fed and well rested. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place!

This house had everything we needed and more for a family with small children! The home itself was gorgeous and immaculately clean and the living space was huge enough to accommodate a large playpen for our toddler. Check in and check out were easy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very kind, communicative and helpful! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything was great. The house is wonderful. Everything is very clean. It has everything you need to spend time with family and friends. There are places nearby, including the ocean, where you can swim and fish. There are small grocery stores. I had a relaxing weekend. I'll be back next year.

Awesome property - loved our stay. We recommend the beach a little further away- the closest beach to the house isn’t as nice. Sukhi was a communicative and helpful host! Definitely book!

The place is not only so clean and beautiful! It is SO cozy. My friends and I couldn’t stop talking about how the place feels like our own home. I’d honestly rebook just for the living room couch. The host is very friendly and very easy to communicate with!

Comfortable and well equipped

The house was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the kitchen/ dining room area was a great space for conversation and visiting with the other guests. The beach was just a short walk and really enhanced the experience. The backyard patio was also very comfortable. A very nice experience!

It was a place to stay. Wouldn’t advise using this place unless you take pictures of everything when you get there and when you leave. We were accused of taking 2 luggage stands and breaking a lock. We used them and left them there. We didn’t have room in our car to take them since we had 6 people and luggage to the top. Really. As for the lock. We didn’t even see one. We were there for a funeral and only slept there at night. No parties and didn’t even go out the back. Good luck with future rentals. You are going to need it.

Amazing home

Hello! My family of 14 and I stayed in this home for the long weekend and we had an amazing time. Bring 25 minutes from long branch, the house was a perfect spot not too close to the beach area but also not too far. There were a bunch of grocery stores with close vicinity of the home, such as an authentic Asian/Chinese mark my family and I enjoyed. The backyard is perfect for grilling and chilling as well! The attic bedroom is also PERFECCTTT and soo cozy!

Great Rental in a Peaceful Neighborhood

My friends and I had a great time staying at this house for our friend's bachelorette weekend. Although we didn't end up going to the beach due to the unexpected weather, we made the best of the trip by visiting nearby eateries and sights. I highly recommend Fox Hollow Vineyard and Viva Margarita! Regarding the rental, the house is as depicted in pictures and has a lovely backyard that's great for sitting and enjoying coffee in the morning. The host was super responsive whenever we had questions. Overall, I recommend it if you plan on staying in the area.

Girl Trip

The house was absolutely perfect for me and my 7 college friends that decided to vacation at the Jersey shore for the week. It was a beautiful, clean, fully furnished and stocked house with every appliance / amenity you can possibly think of. Ideal beach (about a mile from the house) is really nice to go to for a beach sunrise or sunset! It’s perfectly located between NYC and long branch / Jersey shore so we did everything! We had a great time. And the host was very responsive!
