Great Location! High-End Coastal Country Retreat

This unique private coastal country inspired post and beam home is designed for your perfect getaway. A generous 4 bedroom home featuring high-end Wolf and Subzero appliances, large deck for entertaining and ample common spaces for entertaining. Minutes from 2nd and 3rd beaches, local vineyards, Sweet Berry Farm and all Newport has to offer. Property is on a lovely private lane, walking distance to Newport National Golf Club and abuts walking paths within Aquidneck Land Trust Greenway Trail.

Enjoy biking to Sweet Berry Farm for breakfast, a tasting at Greenvale Vineyards or biking to 3rd or 2nd Beach for a swim with the new beach cruisers available for guests. The home is also located a few minutes from a local seafood store and a butchery. After a fun filled day at the beach, the south facing deck is a perfect setting for an aperitif while watching the sunset and grilling on the Weber Grill.

"Rally Point" is furnished with high-end furnishings and 100% cotton Matouk linens and bedding. The backyard abuts Aquidneck Island Land Trust property.

We are available to be as hands-on or as hands-off as you wish during your stay. We are only a phone call away and live locally should guests need anything.

OH MY GOODNESS! I dont know what to say?! Just stop looking already and book yhis lovely home and you will not be disappointed i promise you that! Our family gathered here the weekend of October 24th from all over to celebrate my moms 70th birthday not only because it was a beautiful property, but because of its proximity to all the event locations!!!! We are to say the least impressed! All the other reviews say it all, the yard the kitchen the living space the bathrooms the bedrooms alll topnoctch high end finishes! The host had a welcome basket, was exceptionally responsive to all questions and let us check out later (i couldnt rally all the troops for a 10a check-out)! I mean 100 out of 10! We will definitely be returning for a summer family getaway! Thank you thank you!

Just a dream! This house is even better than the pictures. Every room is lovely and welcoming. The kitchen has everything you could ever want or need and is a great spot to hang out with family or friends. The bedding was exceptional and the house was immaculate.The decks and yard provided us with many hours of relaxation and ultimately no one wanted to leave. My teenage granddaughter said after 5 days that she still couldn’t find a con only pros. High praise from a teenager. If you have a chance to stay here do it you won’t regret it. Tara was super easy to work with as well. Just the best place to stay for my daughter’s wedding weekend. Wish I could give you 10 stars

AC is in each bedroom not in the house. We had the windows open and that was lovely however a home is being built across the street so we did hear banging all day except for the day it rained! When the home exterior is done being built across the street that issue will resolve. Other than that we had a nice stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and accomodated our family!

The property is lovely! Nothing is overlooked - Tara thought of everything. The home and its grounds anre immaculate, quiet and exactly what we wanted for a girls’ weekend. Super close to Newport and all the activities but far enough for quiet and solitude when we returned to house. Highly recommend going to a polo match - highlight of the weekend!

Our son was married this past weekend in Newport. We rented the house so that all of our adult children could be under one roof. The House was perfect for us. It was clean, nicely decorated,equipped from the bathrooms to the kitchen and had extra large rooms. there was enough space for all of us to spread out.Tara was fabulous from start to finish. She was extremely accommodating and always quick to respond. She even provided a brand new crockpot and hand mixer when I inquired whether the house had these items.Overall, our stay was great! We couldn’t have been more satisfied!

We all absolutely loved the property, inside and out! So comfortable and pretty. Had a great kitchen with everything you could possibly want. The beds were super comfy. And when we asked our host about a crock pot for cooking, a brand new one was delivered within a couple of hours. We grilled outdoors and enjoyed our dinner out on the deck. House located very close to Second Beach (gorgeous) and we enjoyed walks on nearby trails. We were only about 15 minutes from Newport, so we took full advantage of that. Such a fun stay!! My husband and I already talking about returning next year.

100% this was a fantastic stay!! This house had everything we needed, and the photos don’t do it justice. Our group was already discussing coming back next year for a reunion. Tara was super responsive from the moment I booked the stay, and made the check-in process as smooth as possible. If you’re planning on coming to Newport, you have to stay at this house!!

Excellent place to stay! The house was clean, well stocked and relaxing. There are 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and an additional 2 smaller ones which worked perfectly for our family. We had 1 slight issue (tripped the breaker) and when I messaged the host asking for assistance locating the GFI, they responded immediately. I strongly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.

RWU Graduation weekend

What a perfect place to stay, relax, and reconnect with friends and family! We were two families, with kids graduation from Roger Williams. It was the perfect house --- plenty of space and beds, big kitchen, fire pit, peace and quiet. The beds were insanely comfortable. The ground floor shower was decadent (not sure about upstairs, I didn't use it.) Plenty of dishes and cutlery for dining in. Highly recommended.

Beautiful New England oasis

Beautiful, clean, and relaxing home. Even better than the pictures! It was perfect for a girls weekend with the best of both worlds - easy access to Newport plus a beautiful house with plenty of space to enjoy. We loved having lots of outdoor space from the porch to the big backyard with the basketball court. They even had bikes to borrow. Definitely recommend!!

Spectacular & Serene Getaway

The Rally Point was the perfect location for our girls weekend in Newport. The home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, comfortable and equipped with all the needed amenities. We really enjoyed being just a short drive away from Newport and having the peaceful escape at this home. We also loved that Sweet Berry Farm was just a stones throw away. We frequented there over the weekend for lots of delicious goodies. Tara was always super responsive. We really only needed her in the arrangements leading up to the weekend getaway. We all said numerous times that we would love to come back again. Thank you Tara for helping make our weekend a memorable one.

Lovely Stay

Everything about this house was perfect! Decorated beautifully, spacious, clean and comfortable. Large fridge which was just what we required and a thoughtfully planned dining area. Plenty of bikes and beach chairs. The house is very near the beaches and downtown Newport however one feels like you are tucked away in the lovely RI wilderness because of the landscaping. Our host was very responsive and helpful. In short - would highly recommend!

Hoping to book again!

Tara's "High-End Coastal Country Retreat" was the perfect place for a larger group to stay. The house was not only beautiful and spacious, but was clean, safe, and well stocked with necessary household items. Though the house is a convenient 20 minute ride to Newport, the secluded feel of the front porch, fire pit, and yard, made a perfect balance for a relaxing yet fun vacation. Check in and check out were seamless, and Tara's hospitality and availability to communicate was amazing. This house made the entire weekend, and I am looking forward to booking with Tara again.
