Brand new construction in 2021. This home boasts four bedrooms and two full baths, plus full size washer and dryer. This home is a great place for both families and workers!

LIVING ROOM
Large living room provides enough seating for plenty of people and features a ROKU Smart TV that you can watch your favorite apps during your stay. The living room and the kitchen are fully open and connect.

KITCHEN
Seating at the bar top table for four, plenty of counterspace, french door refrigerator and all other major appliances provided including Keurig with coffee pods. There is a washer and dryer in the hallway closet that is connected to this room.

BEDROOM ONE
Master bedroom with king size bed. This room has a lot of storage including two closets and a dresser. Attached full bathroom with shower/tub combination. Enjoy your ROKU TV from the bed or while you are getting ready for the day!

BATHROOM ONE
Attached to the master bedroom, this bathroom not only has vanity storage, but also a linen closet. Shower/tub combination.

BEDROOM TWO
Two twin beds make up this room, which is perfect for your kids! There is also a large closet in this room and dresser for storage.

BATHROOM TWO
Located in the hallway, this bathroom also has a shower/tub combination and plenty of storage in the vanity.

King size bedroom with a large closet, dresser, and ROKU TV.

Would definitely avoid future stays due to management.

The property had multiple issues. Normally, I like to leave short notes of things that need attention. This is just out of courtesy as I realize the owners often aren't aware of small issues that can quickly become larger ones. In this property the master bath toilet was loose on the base. The fridge is still leaking water throughout our stay, the sign on the table below the tv says there's a Roku remote...it's no where to be found. Every towel in the place was folded very damp. I did a large load the first night so we would have towels. The drain in both showers is very slow. The main shower has guests standing in water while showering as it drains very slow. The trash can was so filthy both inside and outside that we had to clean it before using it. Several glasses still had lip prints on them and had to be washed before using. It is clear that the cleaning folks spend very little time cleaning as the inside of the front door was filthy with dirt and handprints. It was wiped down by us. Having had several kids graduate from colleges in small towns, I realize that huge price increases are common during graduation weekend however, having paid an exorbitant rate for this place, I expect the items above to have not been an issue. And on top of this, it took 7 weeks to finally get a refund of the smaller place I initially rented through the same property management company. I called on multiple occasions and finally had to file a claim with VRBO.

Great home away from home!

The property was very spacious and clean. Plenty of linens and pillows. The beds were a bit stiff. Was very pleased with the amount of coffee pods and laundry pods and soap and things that was available. Overall was a great experience and when we come back to Ohio we are so hoping this house is available because we would for sure rent it again.

Very nice 4 bedroom

Area is not quiet. There is a bar that plays music early am. Didnt bother us. The neighbors across way had police out to there home for domestic violence. Which was questionable. But home is very secure and neighbors to right and left were quiet. Home was fully stocked. Would rent again!
