We stayed here for a family wedding in Newport. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and it got very hot in the property. The owner was responsive and able to fix the issue very quickly. My only other complaint was that the listing doesn’t indicate that the house has a pack n play and other baby supplies on site, so we ended up bringing all of our own, even though they did actually have baby gear at the house. Would have saved us time and energy if we knew ahead of time!

Comfortable and clean

We were in RI for a wedding. The 2 bedroom home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and bathroom had plenty of towels for us. It is conveniently located to Newport. We found a great coffee shop nearby and a bagel shop too. We would definitely look to spend time here again.

Fabulous home

This property was beautiful and spacious. Just perfect for what we wanted. The decor was bright and airy, lighting was great, and the place was clean, clean, clean. Near to everything in Middletown and Newport. Easy check-in and owner communication was great. I would love to stay here again!

The cottage was lovely. It was clean, had good amenities and in a quiet neighborhood. The host was in great communication. Parking was great as well as getting to local places, so a good location. My two complaints were the bed being very hard which made it hard to get a good night sleep and the air conditioner being loud.

Perfect Location and Clean Cottage

Wonderfully clean and nicely decorated ranch cottage. Great location approximately 1.5 miles from Newport Easton Beach and cliff walk. Also 1.5 miles from Vineyard where wedding was held. Host was gracious and kind and house was as advertised. Only hitch was AC didn’t function properly but fortunately it was cool enough with the windows open.

Kimberly has a beautiful home located perfectly central to everything you want to do in Newport. A perfectly kept home, and I mean perfect, both indoors and outdoor. Great communication and everything you need in the home.

Quaint little house in a quiet neighborhood just a quick 8-10 minute drive into Newport. Comfortable kitchen with whatever you need, open floor plan to family room couch and chairs. Perfect outdoor patio with lounge chairs and seating for 4. Would definitely book again

Place was very clean and welcoming. Great for 4 people to stay. In town for a wedding in Newport Uber was about 15 minutes to downtown.

Cute cottage, nice neighborhood, close to beaches

We (me, husband, 20yo daughter and her friend) stayed at Kimberly’s cottage for 2 nights. The VRBO listing and pictures paint a very accurate portrait of the place. We spent our first day at the International Hall of Fame tennis tournament in Newport which is only maybe 15 minutes from the house. Spent the next two days at Second Beach (our favorite) which was about 5 minutes from the house. The house was clean (and nice and cool after hot days out and about) and nicely appointed. Living room furniture was comfortable, everyone slept well on the comfy beds, and the back yard is private with a nice sectional as well as a dining table and chairs where we had dinner one night. You’ll find most everything you need in the kitchen but no dish towels (there are 2 drying mats however) - drying dishes ends up taking up much of the counter space. Coffee maker is a Keurig. Kimberly was very responsive to our few questions. Highly recommend this cute property - we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay!! Place was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed!! Communication was clear, quick and accommodating. The only thing we wish was present or easily accessible were instructions for checkout (what needs to be completed by guests and where trash should go).

Great location and comfortable stay

We needed overnight accommodation for a graduation weekend close by, which was perfect. The house is a very short drive to all beaches and downtown Newport and very affordable compared to other rentals and hotels. The house was clean and cozy, and the neighborhood was very quiet, but some of the cushions on the furniture had stains, dusty decor, and hair in the shower drain. The white bath towels are really stained. I see the same comment from a few months ago - would have thought they would have replaced them by now. The yard is nice, plenty of parking for more than one car in the drive and they have a cute small patio in back. Beach chairs available. Bring an eye mask if you plan to sleep past sunrise, and your own box of tissues. Soaps and hand lotion were provided but we did not see shampoo or conditioner. Nice little washer and dryer in the bathroom closet. They have a coffee maker with pods but no creamer. Great central air conditioning. Kimberly was responsive to messages. Overall a pleasant stay. I would rent there again.

Classic coastal cottage

Great little private cottage minutes from downtown Newport. Good size for 4 adults and access to patio very nice. Clean (however, too many plug in air fresheners) but all amenities needed for a medium length stay. Really great find for a very high demand and beautiful Newport area location!
