The Atlantic Beach neighborhood is an up-and-coming area that is currently undergoing a mini-renaissance with an influx of renovations and new construction and includes restaurants, bars, coffee shops, popular breakfast spots, a brand new convenient store, and a liquor store which are all a short walk away. The Tides is also right across the street from The Newport Beach House, Longwood`s beach-front wedding venue.
The town homes sit on a half-acre lot and have ample parking for you and your guests. Uber, Lyft and taxi cabs are also available for transportation.
This listing is for `Sea Side`, one of two units in the building. The other unit, `Sea Side` consists of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is also available. Both units can also be rented together, subject to availability. Please inquire for more information.
The Tides is fully furnished and styled similar to `The Sea Breeze Inn`, our sister boutique hotel that is just up the street. You can find the Inn online by doing a quick search.
This is a new home that recently finished construction. We expect our guests to take great care not to disturb our neighbors. We DO NOT allow house parties. Maximum occupancy is 10 adults and parking is limited to 5 cars MAXIMUM. We do not allow tape on the walls or glitter/confetti in the building.
Please note that this listing contains a `Minut` device inside the property that monitors noise levels/ temperature/humidity/motion but does not record audio. There is also a `Ring` security camera overlooking the parking lot to ensure guests have a safe and pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
Renters must be 25+ years old. Adults can not rent on behalf of underage guests.
