The welcoming family living areas extend to a rear outdoor courtyard complete with pull down blinds for all weather entertaining and a BBQ. A unique separate living room at the eastern wing is complete with small kitchenette. Within this space are internal glass windows that lead to the games room and bar pool table included lots of fun for the whole family. Upstairs has Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, (heating & cooling).
A second deck at the rear offers an alternative space to enjoy the hills landscape.
