The Space:

The Willows is a two-storey holiday let with a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen.



The living room features a comfy sofa, matching armchair, and a large Smart TV to stream your favourite apps and watch TV shows.



The dining room is full of character with a traditional feel created by a solid wood dining table and chair set. This lovely space opens into an outdoor area with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and dining during your stay.



The kitchen adds a modern twist to the property with sage cupboards, accented by black appliances. The property comes complete with all crockery, pots, and pans for cooking at home, along with a fridge, oven, and hob.



The master bedroom features a king-size bed with neutral traditional wooden furnishings, including a chest of drawers and a dressing table for your belongings. The second bedroom offers twin single beds, ideal for children and solo members of your party. Both bedrooms are bright and airy with large windows and white interiors and offer sliding blinds for a peaceful rest any time of day.



The Willows also features a modern bathroom with a shower, WC, and wash basin.

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to The Willows are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in.



Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis.



Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at The Willows per reservation.



The Neighborhood:

The pretty village of Great Ayton is perched on the banks of the River Leven. The village has ancient origins, with several Neolithic sites within the parish boundary. The village is mentioned in the Domesday Book.



In former times, the village’s industries included linen making, tanning, brewing and mining.



Nowadays, the village is well known for its two picturesque village greens, Captain Cook Schoolroom Museum and proximity to the intriguing volcano-esque Roseberry Topping.



The surrounds are popular with walkers, mountain bikers, runners and fishers. Amateur photographers and artists of all skill levels will find impressive backdrops to capture. Nature abounds for lovers of wildlife, too.



Getting Around:

Great Ayton Train Station has regular routes to locations across northern England including Whitby, Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Hartlepool, Seaham, Sunderland, Newcastle and Hexham.



The village has excellent bus routes to towns and villages in the surrounding area including Stokesley, Guisborough, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Helmsley.



Teesside International Airport is 18 miles away from Great Ayton.
