In the seaside town Westende you will find Sol i Mar. This new and spacious apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and is perfect for a romantic getaway or a holiday with family/friends. The apartment is ideally located to enjoy a holiday by the sea, as it is only a very short walk to the beach and it's located in the heart of the centre. From the balcony you even have side sea views! Sol i Mar is a beautifully new apartment and has high quality interiors, so you can expect a comfortable stay.
The Space:
Sol i Mar is located on the 5th floor and upon arrival you will immediately encounter the spacious living room. This space is both comfortable and homey and perfect for relaxing and being together after a wonderful day at the beach. The living room is equipped with two leather sofas. Furthermore, the living room also has a very large dining table, ideal for a cosy family game in the evening!
The open kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is fully equipped for a self-catering stay and features high-quality appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, oven and even a kitchen mixer!
From the kitchen and living room you have direct access to the balcony! This is spacious and covered. From the balcony you have a lateral sea view. Perfect to end the day with a glass of champagne!
Sol i Mar has 2 spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. Bed linen and towels are also provided in the apartment.
The bathroom is spacious and has a walk-in shower, single sink and extra space to store your toiletry bag. A separate toilet is provided.

Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of âŹ300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.
LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.
CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.
CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.
CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
