Our fully furnished & newly renovated vacation rental is situated in Sheridan Beach - just a short 0.2 mile walk to the beach using the public path close to the rental.

Enjoy the private Hot Tub & the completely fenced in backyard for added privacy!

3 Bedrooms with 3 Queen size beds & 1 Twin Bunk Bed + Queen Pullout Sofa-bed. Rental is equipped with wireless internet with multiple smart TVs and a fully furnished kitchen!

ABOUT THE SPACE:
Vacation rental is completely renovated with brand new appliances, furniture and fixtures throughout. You will find the inside of the rental isn't overly spacious but when combining its space along with the spacious backyard + patio, you will have ample amount of space to host you and your friends & family. Hot tub is designed to fit 6 people but we have found that it fits 4 the most comfortably.

Main Level: 2 bedrooms with 2 Queen size beds + 1 Twin bunk bed.
Downstairs: 1 bedroom with Queen size bed & 1 Pullout Sofa-bed + Office area.

What an amazing place to stay
plenty to do there with hot tub, outdoor games, & ping pong. Fenced in back yard was great for our two dogs as well. Very homey and love the decor. Also enjoyed seeing all the deer. Will definitely be staying there again.

The house was well-equipped for 6 adults and our dogs. Hot tub and outdoor gas flame was a nice addition since we enjoyed stellar weather for February. Excellent location where we walked to the beach several times. The only negative was having a hard time regulating the temperature in the downstairs/basement bedroom area but the host was very responsive and helpful. Hope to stay here again as it is a central location to our 3 families.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, spacious, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were amazing—very responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. We experienced a family emergency during our stay, and their understanding and compassion meant more to us than we can express.Our dogs absolutely loved the fully fenced yard, and the amenities truly made the stay special. The hot tub, ping pong table, fireplace, and dartboard provided endless entertainment and added so much to the overall experience. This home is perfect for families, and we are already looking forward to renting again this summer with our family. Highly recommend!

Definitely the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in! It was immaculate and very well stocked with everything you need. The backyard was perfect for our two pups to run and play! Great location close to the beach and a quick drive to New Buffalo as well. Our host Michelle was so quick and courteous with all of her communications and well organized with all the check-in info and a great welcome book. We would definitely stay again!

Communication with the hosts was fast, accurate and always friendly. This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Across the street is a wooded lot so it feels very private. Our last morning we woke up to 3 wild turkeys wandering through our front yard. Very peaceful. The house is exactly as described. Very clean, beautifully decorated. It has top of the lines appliances. The kitchen has all of comforts of home. Stocked with more amenities than we could have imagined. The hostess went above and beyond with all the extras. Our 2 dogs loved the completely fenced in back yard. The grill, hottub, outdoor pit and patio heater were all new and made outdoor living wonderful. We was even able to pull our car in garage! Not only did this make my car happy but also made it easy to bring in groceries and suitcases. It also helped with packing all the selection of beach supplies the hosts have for us to take to the beach. I would highly recommend this rental. Its perfect for a couple all the way up to a large family.

We had a great stay! Lots of extras in the garage! Yard games, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, umbrella, etc. that was super helpful! Also a garage fridge!!!They even have kid fences at the top of the stairs which I think is great! My only negative was just how loud the floor is upstairs if you are sleeping in the basement. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed the whole house!

This is the best Air B&B I have stayed in and I travel a lot with my dogs. The totally fenced in yard to run around was a treat they enjoyed. It was so long we played bocce ball- would be perfect for corn hole or a portable net for badminton. Super clean- these hosts really went above and beyond providing domestic items most Air B&Bs don't. The location couldn't be better. You are within 5-10 minutes on foot to the beach (my elderly Mom was able to maneuver the rough trail to get there) but you could definitely use one of the parking lots next to the beach if you need to drive. You are a 5-10 minute drive from the Casino, the Botanical Garden, the Zoo, and many restaurants. Check out Cool Runnings for Jamaican- best I have ever had and I am from Chicago with many options to choose from by my home. Get the jerk wings, jerk catfish, and steamed cabbage. It was way to hot outside to get into the hot tub or use the manual firepit, but they were also brand new. You could tell that the layout of the property had vintage bones, but it's completely renovated. Did I mention there was a bar, darts, and ping pong in the game room downstairs??? My husband and I like to go to Air B&Bs by the Dunes for a short 1 hr 45 minute drive from Chicago. This is the one we will book from now on. Michelle was great. Only there when you need her and caretakers aren't near the property, so you can feel comfortable having the place all to yourselves. I LOVED it!

Very nice

We stayed an entire week and really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was clean and nicely decorated, as well as nicely maintained. It had more than one could expect (or at least what I've encountered in the past) as far as items provided like garbage bags, bath supplies, towels, etc. The pictures looked exactly like the listing and it had great amenities (the hot tub, firepit, beach supplies). The neighborhood was nice and quiet and it was just a short walk to the beach, which we absolutely loved and utilized. I traveled with my family (2 adults, 2 young children) and my sister's family (2 adults, 2 young children) and there was plenty of room for all of us with some to spare. The location was great and close to beaches, restaurants, the casino, outlets, wineries/breweries and so much more. The hosts were incredibly gracious and excellent with communication. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend this place to friends or family members.

Exceptional Experience!

Can't really brag enough about our stay. I booked this stay for a birthday getaway. I traveled with 4 other adults and my 2 dogs. Everything was perfect. Property owner was very helpful and responsive. Ideal central/accessible location. Home was charming, clean and well maintained. We can't wait to book again. My pups had the best time. Highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay was awesome. Michelle responded to my questions within minutes. The house was exactly as described and very clean!Location was great - close to everything we wanted to do. Hiked Mt. Baldy, Visited the Washington Zoo which blew us away, visited some breweries and wineries, ate at an excellent supper club - Farina's and relaxed at the house!Would definitely reccommend this home.
