Unbelievable vrbo! Beautiful farmhouse fully stocked kitchen,bath and Livingroom. We stayed for a Thanksgiving get away with the family and the hot tub and sauna were exceptionally clean and such an added bonus. Beds were comfy and the fireplace was wonderful to cozy up to in the evening.Owners were easy to contact and replied promptly.

We held a girls’ weekend at the Modern Farmhouse and thoroughly enjoying the space! It was clean, comfortable and 5 stars all the way around. Its location was perfect for the four of us, driving from different areas. The amenities were amazing. We really enjoyed our time there! Beautiful home, wonderful location!

House was very clean and everything was just as nice or nicer than in the pictures . Location was good for our purpose and was close to many activities and restaurants. The house is in a very nice and quiet wooded neighborhood. Hot tub, fire place and sauna were very nice additions as it was starting to get cool when we were there. Kitchen was very nice and seems well equipped but we did not use it as we ate out. The only one thing that I can possible come up with as an improvement is that the windows on the front of the house could use some window coverings, other than then that, I would highly recommend this house and would stay again.

The property is absolutely beautiful and everything is fresh. The master bedroom was especially nice and roomy and we appreciated the quality of the mattress. The house is located in such an interesting area that we enjoyed looking at the variety of homes. The beach is amazing. We walked to the local pizza spot around the corner and had delicious wood fired pizza. The back yard has fire pit and hot tub with a private view of the woods. It’s a great house

The kitchen was set up fine. The house was very clean. The hot tub was well maintained. The sauna description should be more detailed letting people know that the sauna is located in the bathroom of one of the guest rooms. The hand towel stands in the bathrooms should either be attached to the countertop or stationary towel bars should be used. The hand drying towel holder tipped over very easily and could actuall fall to the floor and perhaps land on someones foot or toes. Overall, however, a very nice property. The owners responded very quickly when asked questions. Than you!!

WARM & INVITING !!!!!!!!This house feels like home as soon as you open the door. The amazing kitchen with steel appliances & white Mabel cabinets.. hardwood floors. Wooden dining room table. Living room with fireplace and wall televisions, with boardgames. The hot tub in the backyard. The beds are very comfortable with a nice size flat screen television in each room..the showers are nice and hot with great water pressure. What can I say about the infrared red sauna..AMAZING!! The washer and dryer are huge.The area is nice and quiet, very secluded. We didn’t see any deers, but we did see a group of wild turkeys. The host are great they answered all my many questions and their responses was fast.Thank You for sharing your fabulous home with us and see ya next year

The property was better than the pictures and that says ALOT! It was very clean and well appointed for all of our needs. We took the opportunity and rented a bike and beach chairs from a local spot which was great. It is a nice walk that we (2 adults and 4 children) easily made to the beach. However by the end of the day when we were tired it was nice to take the bike and get our vehicle to pick up the rest and head back. Such a comfortable home, we will be returning here! Thanks for the memories!

End of summer getaway

Such an amazing home. This is the second time we have stayed in this neighborhood and I would definitely stay at this house, again. It was clean and the pictures looked exactly like the post. We also loved the closeness of the beach. Thanks to the hosts! Our family had a wonderful time!

Perfection!

We love this area of Michiana and come every year to relax at the beach. This is our first time at this home and we plan to come back! We are admittedly clean freaks and this was absolutely the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The photos don’t do it justice, it is even more beautiful in person and had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and helpful. It’s about a 15 min walk to the beach, but the gorgeous home made it worth it! Highly recommend!

This house was amazing! We’ve been coming to Michigan City for the last 5 summers and this was our favorite place by far! The hot tub outside was so nice and private- perfect for the cloudy and drizzly day we had. The pictures online really don’t do the house justice- it is even more beautiful in person! We had two toddlers with us so to make it easy, we drove to the beach and had one of the adults walk back and forth to get the car to pick the kids up. The beach was amazing- clear water, sand bars, soft sand and not crowded. We will definitely be booking this one again next year!
