Riverside Ranch is an exquisite and elevated holiday home like no other, located just 2 mins from Yamba - simply unbelievable! Set on 50 picturesque acres of river estuary on the banks of the Oyster Channel and the mighty Clarence River, Riverside Ranch provides a unique escape for those looking to relax, unwind and make lasting memories, while staying close to the creature comforts afforded by one of Australia's favourite beach towns and Yamba's CBD and beaches.
The Space:
Secluded. Unique. Unforgettable.
This huge property is stylishly furnished and fully air-conditioned. Enjoy your own private family sized 'grotto' style magnesium swimming pool; lake with pontoon; half court basketball court, trampoline and fire pit overlooking the river.
The home is fully appointed with everything you might need including luxury Leif consumables in the bathrooms as well as kitchen and household essentials.
There are four bedrooms. The private master suite is huge and is in a separate wing to the rest of the house. It has a king size bed, ensuite with steam shower and walk in robe; freestanding bath with nature views - purely indulgent - the master suite looks over the pool and river also for the ultimate in relaxation.
The second bedroom has a king size bed; the third bedroom has three single beds; the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds - both with single beds on top and double beds on the bottom. Bedrooms two, three and four share the family bathroom. Most bedrooms in the home have glorious river and pool views.
Riverside Ranch is located off the main road connecting the M1 to Yamba, so the property enjoys easy access to the township of Yamba. It's a mere five minute drive to the local shopping centre and a 10 minute drive to the centre of Yamba and its world-class boutiques, beaches and restaurants.
For those accustomed to travelling by air or from further afield, we have a helipad which you are welcome to use with prior permission and appropriate insurances.
There is a jetty on a small inlet on the premises where you can moor your boat. The launch is nearby on Carrs Drive or Wittonga Dr which is close to the property. We have fishing rods and surfboards available for use also.
Riverside Ranch is a farm stay experience you and your guests will never forget. Stay with us and make lasting, wholesome memories. We welcome our guests to engage with our pet rabbits, chickens and geese and our veggie garden; fish from the pontoon and to immerse yourself in the local environment. The flora and fauna at Riverside Ranch is diverse, abundant and rare in the case of some of our birdlife... keep an eye out for our visiting albino kangaroo.
Solar power is backed-up by mains to reduce our environmental footprint while keeping you in the ultimate comfort.

Strictly no unapproved pets, loud music, events, smoking, vaping, drugs, parties or schoolies.
We have noiseaware noise monitors in place to help us ensure there are no parties held on the premises.
