1. All communications from me need to be responded to in a reasonable time DO NOT IGNOR ME. It is not respectful to not respond as you ARE in my home and we need to have mutual respect. 2 only guest on the reservation are allowed to check in. There are no invited guest without permission from the host. 3 NO PARTIES any party without expressed authorization will authorize me to have you removed from the property immediately WITH NO REFUND. SMALL Parties are allowed only with prior approval from THE HOST. 4. Check out must be properly followed in order to maintain your good review. Please follow check out instructions. 5 WHENEVER YOU LEAVE the property rise the air conditioning to 74° do not lower the AC below 70 as it causes the air conditioning to freeze and then there will be no air conditioning. 6 Do not park on the grass. There are sprinklers that will be damaged YOU WILL BE RESPONBSIBLE FOR. Only park on the driveway or on the side front of the street. 7 NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property smoking is allowed by the canal or in the front of the home. Any smoking in the home will cause you to have a $500 PLUS damage security for smoking removal products and services. 8 this is a beautiful home treated respectfully so you do not receive any kind of damage cost.
