Parking fee is $35.00 per night up to 3 nights, $25.00 per night from 3 to 7 nights and ​$175.00 for 7 nights up to 31 days one time fee beach is about 7 minute walk. The resort offers a free shuttle to the beach. No resort fee. 15 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood international airport.

Magnifique vue

Le condo Ă©tait parfait! Son emplacement Ă©tait gĂ©nial. À 5 minutes Ă  pied de la plage et d'un Walmart. Par contre, La propretĂ© des lieux laissait un peu Ă  dĂ©sirer. Je le recommande fortement pour une famille avec des adolescents.

My friends and I came for spring break, totally awesome. Beautiful suite and beautiful view. Shuttle to the beach was super convenient. We didn’t want to leave!! If you’re wondering if you should book it or not, take it from us that it’s absolutely one of the nicest places in the area!!!

The condo is in a 30 storey building and overlooks the intra coastal waterwy. The building provides a shuttle back and forth to the beach.

I arrived on New Year's Day for a month's stay only to find out the two connecting units I rented had not been cleaned. I was informed there were no housekeeping staff around to clean my room and ended up having to go out at 9 p.m. to purchase laundry detergent to clean my sheets. I also had to throw out the garbage in the kitchen and bathroom. The manager was responsive the next day and the room was cleaned on the 2nd. He also gave me a complimentary cleaning half way into my month rental. There were also other problems which should have been addressed by the manager as part of his review process. This included the second bedroom having a bed that the mattress literally went down to the floor when you sat on the bed. The handle on the faucet on the bathroom sink also came off in my guests hands. The was a light bulb missing in the master bathroom which left the space too dark for me to do anything other then shower. In each instance, I addressed my concerns to the manager he had them all fixed. Sometimes, they took longer than I would have liked, but he did respond promptly to all my emails. We all know things can go wrong in life but knowing that someone on the other end of the email is taking your concerns seriously says a lot. I would stay there again.

Schönes Objekt, idealerweise fĂŒr max.4 Personen geeignet.Es sind eigentlich 2 Wohnungen mit ZwischentĂŒr. Lage perfekt,NĂ€he zum Strand incl.Shuttle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants auch in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter!!

Beautiful view, perfect location.

I loved the overall stay. There were some issues that were concerning, but it would not prevent me from staying again. At check-in (which for us was almost 9pm because of a late flight) the registration personal did not have our reservation and it stressed me out a little. They were able to contact the owner and get that resolved rather quickly. Upon arriving to the condo, we found that it was actually 2 rooms that were connecting rooms which for us was not a big deal, but for someone with little ones, they might want to know this ahead of time. We were disappointed that we did not have access to the rooftop pool that was shown in the listing. The toilet in the room with double beds did not flush completely, but we addressed this with the front desk and it was resolved before the end of our stay. Note there were pot/pans/cookie sheets in the oven so make sure to check before turning on the oven. The views were absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. We walked across the street almost daily to Walmart. The valet was great. They helped us with luggage both ways and were super nice. The elevator is extremely slow, so make sure to give yourself plenty of time for departures. I will definitely look into this place again because of the location and affordability

Nice!

The view was amazing and it was nicely furnished. Check in was very easy and the Host was very understanding and helpful. There was a little dust but a quick sweep got rid of all of that. Would definitely stay here again.

The view was awesome!

Overall the unit was nice and comfortable. The AC was cold but the unit was a bit noisy and didn’t have an automatic fan that would run continuously. The property manager was not consistently responsive but I would stay again.

Girl’s Getaway

Everything was very clean. The staff in the lobby were all wonderful and very helpful. The location was good and the free beach shuttle made it easy to get to the beach. It was concerning that there was no check in information provided. I knew the physical address, but did not know which room we were in, how to check in, how to get the keys, etc
. I have rented through VRBO on several occasions and have never had to contact the owner for this information.

Family vacation

The check in process was a little stressful. The lady at the desk was high strung , and impatient with the guests . My paperwork wasn't emailed over so I had to wait about 5 minutes for it to be sent , but she was going to make me get at the back of a very long line to process it . I think that the check in should be over a few hours not just at 4 pm ... everyone trying to check in at exactly 4 . The condo was very nice , beautiful views , the pool was beautiful. The only thing wrong was the floor in the bathroom wasn't very clean ( needed swept) . I will stay here again .
