Excellent Location: You will be walking distance from world-class beaches, casinos, restaurants, racquetball club, and golf. My place is the perfect economical alternative to staying in Miami, which is only 30 minutes away.

Perfect for shopping: Public transportation to malls, airports, and main attractions.


The space
Enjoy your stay with 1 full-size bed and a leather sofa in this studio. This is a private studio apartment located in a Hotel, but please understand that you will not have daily room service and each unit is independently owned so please do not go to the hotel staff.

The pool is right in front of the unit, it’s all about fun!

FREE parking & Free WiFi inside the apartment with a 43” 4K UHDTV.

Toaster, Microwave Oven, and a FULL-SIZE FRIDGE. The studio does NOT have a stove.

WALKING DISTANCE to the BEACH and: Ross, Burlington, Walmart, CVS, Publix, Starbucks, Panera, Paola, plus other awesome restaurants.

FULL ACCESS to the POOL, on-site restaurant, laundry facility, and hotel lobby.

Although there is no stove in the kitchenette, there is a microwave, convection toaster oven and sink. Smart TV so you can log in your favorite streaming channels. The condo is located directly in front of the pool.


Guest access
Guest has access to the entire studio, Pool and laundry.

This unit is located in a hotel but the unit is privately owned. Please don’t go to hotel staff as they will not assist with anything related to the unit. If you need something just call us.

Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 3. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pest control management and pool service that may come during your stay.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24



Uber is the best way to travel as public transportation is non-existent.

Important: Please note that once you have booked, we require guests to complete a verification process that includes ID verification and security deposit. To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.


In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover accidental damages up to $500.00.

Note:
*The $49 waiver does not apply to same day bookings, 1 night reservation, local guests and more than 28 nights reservations.
*Reservations from Bookxxg. com will be required the $500 refundable security deposit.

Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

Perfect Location

This place was perfect for a few nights stay. The pool was not in service which was the only down side. Management was responsive and fast to answer any questions you may have.

Old Florida Charm

My friend and I, both in our 60's, came down from Tampa for the weekend. We wanted a safe, affordable place near the beach so this was perfect. This room is located at Knights Inn motel which was built in the early 1960's so it has that old Florida charm. The rooms at this place are a now a combination of individually owned units and regular motel rooms. This individually owned unit faces the pool and has been renovated. There is a wall mounted large screen TV, full size refrigerator, a toaster oven, a microwave, coffee maker and kitchen sink. There are also assorted dishes and eating utensils, plus beach chairs and towels. The room is bright and exceptionally clean. All the bed linens and towels looked brand new. The unit is exactly as it appears in the VRBO photos. For the price, it's an excellent value in a great location. There are shops, restaurants, a CVS pharmacy and Publix grocery store, all within walking distance, plus you can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes. The owner was very gracious and just a phone call away. We would definitely stay here again.
